  1. @AlyMacHere's an Oscar Papa repaint! Did two versions ('80s with the black belly, and '90s with the black stripe). Hope it lives up to the original! Wouldn't have known about those lovely liveries without seeing your post, thanks!!

  3. If you can send your log.txt file (located in the main X-Plane folder), we should be able to debug what is going on.

  4. @Jim Lynch Happy to see I'm not a lone wolf on this It's definitely not right.

  5. There is a slight improvement on the trim but you still have to fly it with way too much down trim even when fully loaded. Even when you are landing you have to keep the trim way down. That’s just not right.

Fly the Scottish isles in style! Includes the '80s and '90s paint schemes for G-BJOP, ex-Loganair Islander (now registered to Hebridean Air Services as G-HEBR). Includes some light custom weathering, and the score mark added after an unfortunate encounter with a sheep on the '80s livery. I recommend using this with the "Backcountry" interior mod available here (Loganair's current Islanders have dark grey panels) Due to the limited amount of photographs available for this plane, I had to tweak some things and wing it a bit in some places -- let me know if there's anything that should be changed!

  7. TCAS will be further addressed in the next update. We wanted this update to be out, as the ILS fix was the priority for people to get.

  8. I have setup mine up differently - I use one of the GA throttle levers with the red TOGA button that I configured to act as the lift button to select Taxi and Reverse (by moving the lever back but not as far as as the detent) and I have a Mixture lever that I have set up to perform the 'Mixture Rich a bit' and Mixture lean a bit' (ie the RHS of the H Gate) but I still use the mouse to select Engine Cutoff. There is a Lua script available that apparently can one used to perform the Eco function but I'm waiting on HC to get off their backsides and provide an updated config tool that works.

  9. Ok, I've revisited this topic with Saso (programmer and flight model author), and this is the official word from both of us. Any future questions about P-factor/propeller induced roll, will go unanswered. I suppose the proverbial arm twisting has had an effect. Thank you for your feedback. We're aware there are some flight dynamics missing in the takeoff department and we'll be addressing those issues in a future update.

  10. One of the most talented programmers (of the x-plane universum) and one of the most talented 3D - artist (of the x-plane universum) have to create one of the most advanced and best modelled aircraft for one of the flight simulator with the most realistic flight model, to reduce one of the most typical behaviour of the TBM, for making it flyable with mouse or xbox controller?

  11. Here is a hot fix file to address the HSI 180° offset with the panel lights turned on. To install, just place this png inside the X-Plane 11/Aircraft/TorqueSim BN-2T Turbine Islander/objects folder replacing the file of the same name. (2T_gauges_LIT.png) 2T_gauges_LIT.png.zip

  12. Quick update: We are deep into the VNAV rewrite. Not just poking around and tweaking....we're cutting out huge swaths of inefficient code....and I have to say, its going really well so far. I believe this will make the VNAV calculations an order of magnitude easier to perform.....and if there are any issues during testing, at least I don't believe it will be "whack-a-mole" where one bug creates another. We'll keep you posted. We are working on this regularly at this juncture. -tkyler
