  1. Cool new update... The performance improvements are quiet significant, I wondered how the new default cloud draw area of 40000sm would work but it's indeed working pretty good, I have never used higher settings like this before so the experience was very impressive while keeping good performance. @sundog@JohnMAXX@Cameron Great job once again, thank you very much. :-)

  4. Switched on Hyperthreading: Works like a charm at 47 fps (only sometimes minute drops in fps which is way better than before). Thankyou very much Coop. Btw i love the SR22 (i have the SR22 G1000 and Entegra aswell as the SR20 G1000 and i will get the SR20 Entegra too)

  5. With 4 threads, performance will suffer. Our minimum supported is quad-core, 8 threads. Your CPU should support hyper threading which should help with performance, but it appears has been turned off. The should help performance. On low-spec computers, you can also run on the engine page instead of the map page and less will happen in the background. Someone on our beta team was running on a 2xxx series i5 4 thread CPU and was able to work with that, though I expect their X-Plane settings weren't set so high.

  6. And this version is Linux compatible, thank you ! (hope the G1000 version will be linux compatible too in the future) Best, Chris

  7. Dear developers, at first thank you very much for this great GA-plane! It is a pleasure flying with it. I am ony flying in VR and have two minor problems: 1. It is very hard to switch the fuel pump/prime switch with my controllers (HP Reverg G2), is there a trick? 2. When using the avitab tablett with my controllers, and since it is very small, i have to watch that i won`t click the green edges cause then avitab is disapearing immediately and i have to reopen it again. Is there a possibility locking the avitab tablett? Thanks inadvance for any help. Rolf

  8. @Attitude Hi, thanks for your reply. To get rid of the border of the avitab is perfect. I think the click spot of the pump switch is big enough but it is only 1 rectangle and i can click with my controllers (HP Reverb G2) where i want and sometimes i can activate the prime function but it is nearly impossible for me to stop the pump or to activate the normal pump function. With the VR-Mouse it works after long „trial and error“.

  9. A solid, excellent working Avidyne simulation in flight sim. Great work torquesim team. I have a preference for Avidyne and this just completely delivers. Only time for a short flight after release last night, but felt right at home in the 22 and the Avidyne and ap just flowed super smooth. Both the 20 and 22 will get plenty of time. Thank you. This has me looking real hard at the associated hardware which definitely has the wife troubled

  11. Thanks for reporting! We've found this happens due to it thinking audio panel commands are missing when the GTN configs are loaded. We've got the fix ready and it will come with the first patch.

  12. Looks like NOAA have changed their server links again. NOAA winds aloft data cannot be downloaded. Will be fixed in the next update. Meanwhile, you may use winds aloft data from X-Plane. Stay tuned.

  14. You can assume better frames if you aren't taxing all of your CPU threads. The Entegra uses CPU, but it is very threaded from main. On my MacBook Pro, I get around a 20fps boost compared to the G1000 edition (~40 -> ~60fps). If you don't have the CPU room to spar, there is the potential for the FPS to be less. It is very CPU dependent.

  15. Yes, but, it was a VERY limited time frame which unfortunately found me unprepared. I do hope you will run further sales offering more loyalty bonus as I do enjoy giving my money to X-aviation Not sure my wife feels the same...

  16. @riceman718Here are some shots from a little over a month ago. I've been working overtime on the Entegra release so I paused on this, but back to work I go!

  17. Hi Coop, thanks a lot for your fast reply. I will try it again with the Pump switch. I know that there is a floating VR window of Avitab but i like the integrated one, it is faster to open and looks way better. I only have noticed, that if i don‘t point exactly on the soft buttons, e.G. of navigraph charts, one has accidentally clicked on the green boarder and iPad is closed. So for me a locking function would be great.

  21. Took-off from S52 in the Aerobask Diamond DA62 and climbed straight out of the Methow Valley. Once I got through Twisp Pass and the mountains, I was treated to the scenic vistas of Mount Logan and El Dorado Peak. As I was passing by Mount Baker, the weather updated :/ The terrain radar helped me avoid the remaining mountains and I got through the clouds without incident. That is, until I saw the oil in my starboard engine was cold. Wasn't sure what was going on, so I pressed my approach into Bellingham International. The landing went fine and was just in time. My right engine quit the moment I touched down
