  2. iGoConnect

iGoConnect is an X-Plane plugin that connects X-Plane to iGoDispatch – an application (Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android) developed for LES Saab-340A, JRollon's CRJ-200, and IXEG's Boeing-733.
The plugin performs the following functions:
Identifies airports, waypoints, airways and navaids included in the flight plan and sends to the client navdata for each of these points. Navdata is selected from the following X-Plane files (apt.dat, earth_fix.dat, earth_awy.dat, and earth_nav.dat). Receives from the client loading information (i.e., Center of Gravity offset, payload weight, and fuel weight) and adjust the corresponding datarefs in X-Plane. Periodically parses to the client the following ACARS data: plane’s position (latitude and longitude); heading (true and magnetic); weight; available fuel; current fuel flow; ground speed; and altitude. In X-Plane 11, dynamically adjusts the plane's Center of Gravity during a flight resulting in greater flight realism. In X-Plane 12, this is implemented by the simulator. Monitors flight performance based on approximately 20 parameters, identifies potential issues during the flight, and sends the report to the client. IMPORTANT!
If you have MacOS Catalina (10.15) or higher, it is possible that after downloading and installing the plugin, you will not find it in the X-Plane's menu. This error is caused by the MacOS security protocols during the X-Plane start-up process that references a Mac.xpl file. If you do not see iGoConnect in the menu of the simulator, the following link explains how to solve the problem: https://x-plane.helpscoutdocs.com/article/26-mac-xpl-not-starting.
If you have problems connecting the iGoDispatch application to the computer with X-Plane running, it is most likely that your Firewall is blocking the TCP connection. You need to open the port to allow connection between your iPad and computer.
    For Windows:
Go to Control Panel > Windows Firewall Click on "Advanced Settings" in the left-hand pane. Click on "Inbound Rules" and then "New rule". Select "Port", click next, select "TCP", and enter "7767" as the local port. Click next, and allow the connection. Click next again, and ensure that "Domain", "Private" and "Public" are all ticked. Name your firewall rule, e.g. "iGoConnect", and then save it. For Mac:
Go to System Preferences, and choose the Security and Privacy Tab. Click on the Firewall Tab, and the Firewall options button. The page will show you the applications that are allowed access through your firewall Add new applications to the list by clicking on the plus icon.
If you use third-party firewalls, they have their own procedures of adding Ports to TCP connections that may differ from those that I provide in my manual. You need to follow their specific instructions.
For example, if you have McAfee in Windows, follow these steps:
Open McAfee Total Protection; Open Web and Email Protection; Open Firewall; Open Ports and System Services; Click Add; System Service Name: iGoDispatch. Local TCP/IP Ports: 7767. Open ports to: All PCs. Forward port activity: checked. Click Save. The Manual is also available here: http://igoapp.ca/page_igoconnect/igoconnect_manual.html
The plugin supports Windows, Mac (OS X versions 10.7 or later), and Linux.

  3. HotStart Challenger 650 Popout Panel combinations

This is a simple plugin for the HotStart Challenger 650 that allows the user to define combinations of popout panels. These combinations can then be bound to a button as a command.
Read the README.md file in the package Documentation. The most important note is that this is installed into the Aircraft plugins! Not global X-Plane plugins.

  7. Freighter conversion (P2F or PCF) for the ToLiss 321

In this package for the ToLiss Airbus, we mimic a main cargo door for the A321P2F / A321PCF, a rigid cargo barrier and some window plugs using a single 3D object that needs to be attached to the model.
Our custom object is placed under the Etalab Open Licence.
This object is not part of the ToLiss product. This modification is not approved by the original author at ToLiss and attaching the P2F package to the ToLiss model is done at your own risk. The object does not contain any ToLiss part in order to comply with copyright regulations.

  8. Forbid external view (Lua)

    X-Plane external view is forbidden.
When you try to switch to an external view while it's not plausible to be outside at that moment, you will be bring back immediately to the virtual 3D cockpit to focus on flying. There is no user interaction with the script, it is running silently in the background at all times.

    Installation
    FlyWithLua required.
Install the script into .../X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/FlyWithLua/Scripts/

  12. Expanded 737 Classic Checklist Replacement

    Hey everyone,
I found the stock checklist to be a little basic, so I made this expanded checklist in a style that I believe fits the aircraft. Checklist is based on real airline checklist for the 737-300. Big thanks to P3ROn for the help.

(Please note that the preview image compression makes the checklist harder to read than it is in sim.)
    Installation instructions:
    1. Go to your X-Plane 10\Aircraft\X-Aviation\IXEG 737 Classic folder
    2. Make a backup of the current IXEG_checklist.png file (e.g. by renaming it to "IXEG_checklist.png.old")
    3. Copy this downloaded IXEG_checklist.png to the IXEG 737 Classic folder
    4. Enjoy.
Please note that this checklist is not an official IXEG checklist. If you have any comments or gripes, they belong here or to me via PM. I can also be contacted at doctornerdrage@gmail.com.
    Safe flying!

  13. Environment+

Hello, and welcome to Environment+, or Enviro+ for short! The new and improved mod for your sim environment! The Enviro is what we've done to make the sim so much more immersive, and the + is your contribution to it! We love seeing what people will add on top of it! From skycolours, to cloud textures, to tweaks of the .lua itself!
This mod primarily came about when I noticed that most other .luas had their clouds placed as much as 7,000+ feet above where they were supposed to be! To bring the weather back down to its proper layer and keep it looking nice was a difficult, time consuming task, but with the help of MagikarpDrowned (Creator of the famous Project Better X-Plane), we've crafted an amazing new environment.
This of course isn't simply a .lua tweak, which is why it's not called any old .lua tweak. It's an environment tweak, and that means it comes with cloud textures! Courtesy of FSEnhancer's amazing work laying out the clouds, and Magikarp's tweaks to their already fantastic puffs, we've got some perfect fits for the new environment! I greatly encourage using the skycolours from the aforementioned mod, or Soft Cloud Art's similarly stunning skycolours!
But, you may be wondering, "What if the textures tank my FPS? What if it doesn't perform as well? What if I just don't have the VRAM for it?" Well, I had thought about that a lot, and that's why the .lua was primarily built to focus on making the DEFAULT cloud textures as magnificent as possible. If you have performance issues, or just prefer the look, I greatly encourage you try out the default X-Plane 11 cloud textures with this .lua!
Which leads me to tell you to MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR DEFAULT CLOUDS. They can be found in Resources/bitmaps/world/clouds.
Now, the .lua was designed to be the tweaking man's .lua, so if you encounter issues, performance or visual, dive into the .lua! I've written down some notes and suggestions within it for you to be mindful of, and I highly encourage you toy around with the various settings to see what sticks with you!
To install Enviro+, dive into the Enviro+ folder and place Resources in your X-Plane installation folder, right where the .exe is! It'll ask you to overwrite some cloud textures. If you use vanilla or other cloud textures that you don't wish to replace right now, simply choose not to overwrite, and everything else will install as planned!
I hope you enjoy Enviro+, and I can't wait to see how it might evolve in the future! Take care, and have at 'er!

Clouds courtesy of FSEnhancer, without it I wouldn't have such fitting clouds to go with the .lua! Do please check out their Skycolours too! Ooh and ESPECIALLY their sun textures! Their sun textures in particular are stupidly amazing!

Shoutout to Soft Cloud Art for inspiring me to finish up the finer details of this .lua, and also having some amazing Skycolours of its own!

Open the file Cessna_172SP_G1000_cockpit.obj with a text editor. Find the last line starting with IDX (should be IDX5455 - Line 7428) Add just below and above the line that says ANIM_begin the line:
ATTR_cockpit. Save the file and enjoy flying in the rain! In the future will be included in the download.

  18. CrewPackXP - Crew Callouts

**Updated 01/04/2022** CrewPackXP is a FlyWithLUA utility designed to add some crew communications for aircraft in X-Plane 11. This includes basic callouts, and in some cases assistance from the PNF in high workload phases of flight. Settings can be adjusted to enable or disable the whole plugin, or just certain features of each aircraft. Flight Factor 757 / 767: - Virtual FO to pre-flight aircraft - Take-off and Landing calls by both crew members - Flight Attendant PA's - Ground Crew positioning of equipment - Virtual FO assistance with go-around procedure Hot Start Challenger 650: - Virtual FO to pre-flight aircraft - Take-off and Landing calls by both crew members Source Code https://github.com/N1K340/CrewPackXP/tree/main/src Documentation http://crewpackxp.readthedocs.io/ Changelog New features and bug fixes are listed in the change log. Installation Copy the Scripts and Modules folders into the main folder of FlyWithLUA: > X-Plane 11 > Resources > plugins > FlyWithLua Once enabled, the First Officer should announce his entry to the cockpit roughly 15 seconds after loading in. CrewPackXP settings can be accessed via the X-Plane menu bar: > Plugins > FlyWithLua > FlyWithLua Macros > Crew Pack Settings Prerequisite This plugin uses the FlyWithLUA plugin to interface with X-Plane. It is available freely from [X-Plane.org](https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/38445-flywithlua-ng-next-generation-edition-for-x-plane-11-win-lin-mac/) Luna INI Parser (LIP) is included as an additional plugin module for use with FlyWithLua. This module allows for the saving and reading of settings data within LUA. It has been included in this package under the MIT Licence offered by creator Carreras Nicholas. This is a common plugin; it may already exist in your modules folder causing a prompt to overwrite. Usage The CrewPackXP functions run autonomously based on in sim events, provided the aircraft is enabled within the CrewPackXP settings. Refer to each aircraft's entry in the manual for details on settings and features available. Disclaimer / Feedback This package is to be distributed as Freeware only under the GPL v3 license. This is the first time I have coded a plugin, any feedback is welcome. Bug reports, please include the x-plane log.txt file in the main x-plane folder for the flight in question. 19. CJ525 N1 Calculator

    About This File
    About N1 Calculator
This is a simple Fly With LUA script to read the N1 Alt/Temp data for the Torquesim CJ525 from .csv files and display the current max N1 value in a window for the current conditions and flight mode.
It also reads and displays the recommended Climb Speeds for either Standard or Cruise climb when Climb in mode.
Additionally there are options to display the N1 value on the Memo display and the Climb speed using the ASI bug for a more natural in-cockpit experience.
The latest version of the code will always be available from it's Github Repository under "Releases"
    Prerequisites
FlyWithLua plugin must be installed and working correctly - plugin was developed using FWL v2.8.10 on Windows 11.
(The plugin should be be compatible with the Mac and Linux versions of the CJ525 and FWL but I'm unable to test and confirm that myself.)
    Installing N1 Calculator
Extract the contents of the Zip file into the \plugins\FlyWithLua\Scripts folder including the CJ525_data folder (these are the .csv data files read by the plugin)

    Using N1 Calculator

The plugin window should be automatically displayed when you start a flight in the CJ525.
You can Change the Flight mode between Take-Off, Climb, Cruise and Go-Around using the List Box at the top and use the checkboxes to specify if engine Anti-Ice is on or off and whether to send the data to the In-cockpit Memo.
When in Climb mode the window also shows the recommended Climb speed for the Altitude as well as a checkboxes to specify whether to send the Climb Speed to the ASI bug and select Cruise Climb.
Note - when the Set Memo Display is set this prevents manual setting of the Memo fields so the checkbox should be disabled if the Memo are to be used for anything else. Similarly when the Set ASI Bug is set and the calculator is in climb mode the ASI Bug cannot be manually set. (it can be manually set in other modes even if the checkbox was set during Climb mode)

  20. CHECKLIST FOR TORQUESIM CITATION 525 TDS GTNXi 750

    Hello All,
This is a check list file for the Torquesim Citation 525 TDS GTNXi 750. Nothing to do but place this file in the Torquesim Citation 525 folder in x-plane 12 and enjoy.
The check list is the same as the checklist in the Citation 525 drop down, I just created a "ace" file for the TDS GTNXi 750 to read. Once the file is added the system will recognize it. Go to your Utility Tool box in the GTNXi 750 and you will see checklist, click on that button and away you go. Very simple.
Leave your comments and thoughts and how you like it.
The file name is....       checklist.ace           and it must be this name to have the system find it.
