  1. Oh, that is very peculiar. Where is your X-Plane directory installed? That sounds like it is failing to write the persist file or something.
  2. OAT indicator is the gauge attached to the windshield behind the magnetic compass. The cabin heat is shared with the pilots, there is no separate control for them.
  3. Yes, that would be magneto 1 on the right engine if you are starting the right engine. I will check the rest of our documentation to see if we have a typo.
  4. Bug logged, thanks!
  5. Can you send your log.txt file? This sounds like behavior that only triggers when the plugin isn't being activated by Gizmo.
  6. Most likely the engines got flooded with too much fuel, make sure to have the fuel pump be turned on only right before starting each engine side to prevent flooding.
  7. The G5 integration requires having a license to the AFM G5 Instruments. You can purchase a license from X-Aviation here: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/product_info.php/afm-instruments-p-163
  8. This should get you going: https://torquesim.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/topic/b5b1f8c9-451a-415f-9640-17e583e39fed/article/128188431
  9. It is still being worked on!
  10. I'm not sure how the HC Alpha triggers commands, but I can confirm that those commands are functional on the plugin side (just loaded up and tested by binding to keyboard). afm/islander/cmd/switches/gpu_Off turns off the switch afm/islander/cmd/switches/gpu_On turns on the switch afm/islander/cmd/switches/gpu_Toggle will toggle the switch.
  11. The GPU commands are for the External Power/Starter isolation switch, not for a physical GPU unit.
  12. The only thing I am seeing in the log file is potentially the in-sim ATC causing the CTD, I am not seeing anything to signify the PR is crashing. If you can provide more log.txt files from when this happens perhaps we can get a chance to see what is going a bit more clearly. We don't have an installer for previous versions.
  13. That sounds most likely to be a missing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. You can follow the guide here to get that installed: https://torquesim.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/topic/81283878-8875-4bdf-90fa-f832f9b98002/article/128188431
  14. Odd, @Cameron any ideas on what could be causing this?
  15. We will take a look! Thanks for the report.
  16. Hm, that shouldn't happen. We are trying to replicate it, but the installer is not doing that on our end. If it helps, you can find a list of all the community liveries (that at least we know about) here: http://torquesim.com/islander-liveries/
  17. We have a page on the TorqueSim website where we aim to feature every community-made livery for the BN-2 Islander, providing a link to the download source. If you are looking for liveries, this is the place to start (as of 18 June 2020, 36 community liveries are present)! TorqueSim BN-2 Islander Liveries If you have found TorqueSim BN-2 Liveries elsewhere that aren't linked on this page, or if you made liveries for the Islander, please post a link in the thread below so we can add it!
  18. That is an interesting behavior. I sure haven't seen that, but we are using the base X-Plane PT-6 engine model. We have quite a few tuning tweaks coming soon that might fix weird issues like this Hm, it should disengage automatically. Is the prop full forward or at feather? Same as 1, plus some of the quirks of X-Plane's engine model in general ITT tuning will be tweaked a bit in the same coming update, the ITT tuning is a careful balance of compromises between low altitude and high altitude behaviors. Thanks for the reports
  19. That shouldn't be happening. Can you provide the log.txt file after loading the aircraft? What folder is your X-Plane directory installed in? I am pinging @Cameron on this, as he will know more.
  20. Hey Mik! Good to see you again. Not sure what this could be, the advice from Ulrich a post up would be my first recommendation. Besides that, can you provide the log.txt file too if it still shows with our plugin?
  21. Glad it was a good flight
  22. Our aircraft does not control the elevator trim position, this is handled by X-Plane and your joystick settings. I imagine either a button is stuck, or an axis is bound to elevator trim.
  23. That sounds like hypoxia. Make sure to turn on the oxygen system, the knob is located on the center pedestal.
  24. In X-Plane, are you loading the new Islander G5 aircraft? There are two aircraft that you can pick from when loading once the G5 patch is installed.
  25. The link that Cam sent should get the plugin loading. Once that is loading, one thing that has changed in the V4 beta is that the menu now is a small tab on the left side of the screen, visible when you hover the mouse near the left edge.
