  1. The account in question had both the TBM and IXEG on it. Deleting will not work for me. I would not call activating in 2019 as "completely new to X-Plane". There was actually another account you tried to activate on as well, but it didn't work back in 2019. Please don't attempt to act or play innocent here. It's indisputable and very obvious, so I will not fall for anything but the truth.
  2. Never mind, I just came across your ticket. Furthermore, contrary to what you stated here, you did not wait more than the 3 day timeline. You were found to be using aircraft from an account that does not belong to you. Until you purchase those products, we will not be assisting in this matter.
  3. Two questions: 1. What is the date of your support ticket and the last reply in it? 2. Did you read the following (https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php):
  4. Okay, @anthonye you're up! Time to buy.
  5. Your log shows this: --=={This application has crashed!}==-- (Art controls are modified.) X-Plane did not crash because of the Islander. you have some kind of shader or weather plugin altering things it shouldn't, likely.
  6. @Coop will need to get in on this one.
  7. Hi Jim, Please see the following help desk article: https://torquesim.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/topic/b5b1f8c9-451a-415f-9640-17e583e39fed/article/128188431
  8. Did you run the G5 aircraft installer and actually install it into the Islander?
  9. For the G5, you'll need to install the aircraft files for it: https://torquesim.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/G/overview I'm still perplexed on your switches issue. Nothing looks wrong in any of your logs. Need @Coop to step in and look at this one.
  10. Hi @pizzicar, Can you please also provide your Gizmo Log.txt? Normally if switches aren't working it's related to your computer missing a library, but that doesn't appear to be the case here and I need to investigate further.
  11. The issue is shown in your log: C:\Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/X-Plane 11/Aircraft/X-Aviation/TorqueSim BN-2 Islander/plugins/is_systems/win_x64/is_systems.xpl : Error Code = 126 : The specified module could not be found. The fix is in the help desk thread here: https://torquesim.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/topic/81283878-8875-4bdf-90fa-f832f9b98002/article/128188431
  12. What you are describing is resolved by doing what Coop said in the post above yours. The eyeballs are a sign your plugin is NOT running.
  13. Just curious...do you have the noise cancel headset on, or is this with it off? Thanks for all the feedback!
  14. Seems your computer certs are out of date. Please try renaming the following file: X-Plane/resources/plugins/Gizmo64.plugin/firmware/assets/ca_store/_cacert.pem To: cacert.pem (removing the underscore). Let us know if this allows you to activate.
  15. Can you attach your full log.txt file?
  16. Bit Defender?
  17. By re-downloading the installer again.
  18. You need to re-download the installer.
  19. Honestly, since we have no one else reporting this, screenshots and your log.txt using the beta would be really helpful.

  21. Never mind. You already know why it doesn't work. I just went through your support history, where we caught you using software you did not own. That's why your account is locked. No more discussion needed here.
  22. Is it possible you somehow inadvertently ran the old installer you thought was new? Since I updated the installer, not a single person has reported a problem. In contrast, my inbox and the forums were flooded earlier.
  23. Carb gauges are wonky and Laminar is aware. Bug fix will come from them.
  24. Osamah, Two things: 1. We have dedicated forums for support of these product. I've noticed the last few times you've just kind of posted wherever (the last time being in the File Library section). 2. You were tagged in a post to address this.
