None of the systems can run without Gizmo. The entire aircraft system is written in it. It's not just activation.
There will not be native ARM support for a while as we transition to C.
The aircraft function is the same regardless of platform. Altitude pre-select should be followed so long as a vertical mode is active. This will ARM the pre-selected altitude.
For VS, are you saying it will not obey a commanded higher pitch, or are you trying to use an IAS mode?
There are no add-ons that give a truly accurate representation of what Laminar is drawing for weather. The API is not yet released, but will be in 12.3. Whatever you have seen up till this point is approximation.
I take note that you’re seeing something different from what we’re seeing. Your screenshots show it as orange, and both the developer and myself have confirmed that it’s not lit in those shots. I’m not sure what you’re seeing that makes you think otherwise, but it’s pretty clear in your screenshots that nothing is lit.
We really value your long-standing relationship with us, but I’m not sure how to explain this any other way!

Around the third line you should see 'use_avitab' and a numerical value. If it shows '1' as the value, change it to '0'
Save the file and close it
Start X-Plane and see what happens now
It's required for the one you're trying to run (BN-2T). By removing it you've disabled all the systems in the plugin, so your crash stops.
