  3. Hello, all, This will serve as a formal forum announcement that we have released the version 1.11 update for the Beechcraft Mentor T-34c. All customers who have purchased the Beechcraft Mentor T-34c up till now have been sent an e-mail by X-Aviation with complete installation instructions on how to update your product. We have made this a very simple process! For those that purchase the Beechcraft Mentor T-34c from today forward, your purchased download will already be updated to version 1.11 for you. What if I didn't get the update e-mail? If you did not receive your update e-mail don't fret! X-Aviation has updated our system to allow all customers to update with ease, regardless of whether you received an e-mail for the update! Here's what to do: 1. Login to your X-Aviation account here: https://www.x-aviati...talog/login.php 2. View your past order history invoice that contains the Beechcraft Mentor T-34c purchase on it. 3. At the bottom of the invoice you will find a blue highlighted link to your update that says: "Beechcraft Mentor T34c ". The new installer will detect whether this is a new install, or if you already have any Beechcraft Mentor T-34c version installed. Depending on your current situation, the installer will run through the appropriate paths with you, including uninstalling all unnecessary items from the previous version! Your liveries/downloaded paints will be safe in this process! The following is a list of additions/fixes included: NEW: - 64-bit compatibility (Linux 32-bit only. Upgrade planned soon) FIXES: - Fixed and issue where the plug-in would sometimes not correctly load on Mac OS. As always, thanks for being a customer with X-Aviation. We appreciate your feedback and support! Enjoy these latest updates, and stay tuned to the forum as we continually announce the latest happenings.

  4. This has been on our list of want-to-have for a very long time. So far we haven´t been able to put any effort into making this work, but we certainly plan to do so after release of V1.0 . It´s not easy, as both machines must stay synchronized and we have a lot of datarefs that need to be sent back and forth... It has been discussed before, it IS possible to operate this plane safely with just one pilot (and judicious use of the autoflight system plus some proper pre-planning for high-density workload phases), but for a realistic and redundant operation of an aircraft of this complexity and speed really two pilots are needed in the cockpit. 5. Me too. All I need prior to release is paint kit, just to be fully ready for promo flight

  8. VNAV is still a WIP. For proper vnav work, you need 'full routes' and so I had to go back and stabilize a lot of route editing features before going on to full VNAV work....hence the video.... Now that being said, VNAV is quite a ways along already...and I will be returning to it this week more than likely. I have to work my way through a few bugs we found with regards to (VECTOR) waypoint types...not unexpected...but we have to clean it up just the same. VNAV and associated progress pages (progress, climb, descent, enroute) are the last few pieces we have to get in place. -tkyler

  9. Not yet, and quite likely not for version 1.0, due to time constraints. But it´s entirely possible to fly from the FO´s seat and have the weather displayed on the CPTs EHSI. You just have to glance over. It´s not ideal, but possible. Aside from that, in the real airplane the crews will often pick ND settings that complement each other, it´s not like a strict "this is mine, that is yours". For example you can have the expanded rose with a radial on your side during a VOR approach, while the other crewmember has the map displayed with weather or terrain superimposed for situational awareness... 10. I'm also a "jump in and fly for fun" kinda guy. You won't find me doing cross country on VATSIM. The 737 is addictive to fly. It beckons you to learn the systems more deeply. The fact that the IXEG team have poured so many hours into doing the systems right is deeply rewarding. The autopilot is easy enough that you can jump in and mess around doing a hop to a nearby airport for fun. The systems are deep enough that it goes beyond the feeling of a game. It's genuinely constructive to learn.

  13. It would require super extra coding, but that never stopped us before. Thanks for the idea!
