  1. So, i almost always used airbus or GA aircrafts during my simming career and started recently using the CL650 i noticed a N2 Sync button and i would really apreciate if someone could explain what that does and when to use it (or link a video) because i couldn't find anything detailed enough to understand its use. Thank you all in advance.
  2. So, i have to use the Airbus as a reference, in the a320 when you move the selector from "Arc" to "plan" and then you go throught legs on the mcdu flight plan page you can go throught the plan in the map. Is there a way to do this on the challenger?
  3. So, i bought X-Aviation's challenger 650 3 days ago and started reading manuals, understanding systems etc.. Today i wanted to add it to my Air Hauler 2 aircraft list and start using it but when i try to add it an error appears (attached screenshot). i'll write the error's log down here and hope some of you guys can help me because i found nothing online, thank you all in advance. 4. Previously, I purchased the original G5 instruments form X-Aviation and they worked with the C172. Later, I downloaded the newer version. Long story short, I see the instruments but they will not turn on. I have updated the C++ redistributable, as well as the Gizmo64 plugin. I'm using X-Plane 11.55. I cannot get any of the Gizmo64 menu items to work. The little menu for the G5's that used to appear on the right side of the screen does not appear. I am out of ideas. I am attaching the log files. Thanx in advance for any help. Log.txt GizmoLog.txt
  5. I'm creating this Topic as a last resort, hoping that some of my support tickets will get answered. My customer ID is blocked, I tried to contact you by email but I was not successful! It's very uncomfortable, buying a product you can't use for lack of support. I'm a content producer for Youtube, I've always spoken very well about X-Aviation's products, but I don't understand why it takes so long to answer a ticket. If you can have a little more respect with customers I would be very happy.
  6. Sorry for my ignorance. Can someone please tell me, what is gizmo, what does it do and why do I need it? Bryan

  10. Hi folks. Hello X-Aviation. I love this aircraft! It's a joy to both study & fly. Works well with the flights that Stevo1Kinevo posts on YouTube (even though he flies an 850). It's a great GA aircraft with great performance too. My one and only gripe just now is that the landing gear touchdown sound is too severe even for a landing with a vertical speed as low as 24fpm. Even at such gentle touchdowns it sounds like the gear has been crashed down hard. It would have been nice to reward a good landing with more of a tire squeak than a crunch. I'm hoping this can be updated/added/fixed. Thanks Paul

  13. Long ago, I got the LES DC-3 as a birthday present from my brother, his X-A account (he doesn't even have X-Plane), his mailadress for activation of course (why not)... Now I purchased the C310 from my own account and the trouble began: I can't activate it and got not the slightest clue how to get rid of the registration of the obsolete DC-3 (hope the new one will finally be available) and "other user" from my machine... What do I have to do with the license ID X-A sent me? Is this a ticket for an audition ? (something different than the automatic response without any further support... ) The Gizmo DRM might not be the worst, but when you get in trouble it.... Thanks for your attention and please be so kind to apologize my terrible english. nevertrustasmilincat
  14. When I start the Avanti I get a login window for X-Aviation Licensing. When I enter my Customer E-mail and password for X-Aviation the login fails. The simulation still seems to work though. Since this is freeware I was surprised to get this license window. Is there some other place I need to register with an actual X-Aviation Licensing email and password? I just discovered the Avanti on Susi Air Virtual and finally found this developer's rendition. I can't believe it is freeware. Both the aircraft and simulation are amazing. Great job and I'm looking forward to future upgrades that promise to make it even better!
  15. Just bought the IXEG-737 Classic from X-Aviation, Had some trouble with the installation first, it said the Username and Password doesn't match, but changing the Password solve the Problem. After that I started XP11, choosed the IXEG-737. A window popped up where I had to enter my X-Aviation Username (Email) and Password again. And again the authentication failed. Tried to change my Password, didn't change anything, started X-Plane as administator and tried to Copy Username and Password from Notepad. But the Problem is still there... To be honest I expected something else from a 75$ product.. but yeah hope someone can help me. Sorry for my english it's not my mother tongue GizmoLog.txt

  17. Hello Guys, I'm a big flight sim enthusiast like you, too. I bought a lot Addons and when I had no keys or something like that, it was no problem to reset this. But now I have a problem with the X-Aviation Support. I can't download the IXEG B737, because I have no more downloads. But I requested 2 Times in 8 weeks and they didn't responsed. This is not really a good support. Made someone the same experience? What can I do? I hope this is the right corner in this forum to put this thread in. Greets Max P.S. My english is not very good because I'm from Germany, sorry for that
  18. Hi folks! I've recently purchased x-aviation Saab 340A for X-Plane 10.5, running on MacBook Pro (Late 2015). Install works a treat however when accessing the Saab aircraft within x-plane I can not flick switches, operate throttles etc. Now, looking at the setup guide there are several plugins required to run Saab 340... however these are all installed during installation. Is there anyone who can help? I sent a query direct to X-Aviation however not had any feedback. Key issues: No GizMo toolbar at right of screen No working instruments - Only EGT indicates idle speed EGT of 350 degC on digits, no analogue movement. Rudder pedals moving of their own accord even with no weather set. External image shows all doors and the emergency escape hatch in flightdeck all open. Prop animation looks like fuzzy lines. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need more info. 21. I've made a showcase video of the beautiful lighting in the LES Saab. There's no music or anything, but it does its job of showing how beautiful the Saab is. You can find it here: I really love this Saab. -VETTE
  22. Hello, All!, It has been a very long time since we've let info out on this product. Time has gone by, and in that time X-Plane 10 has been released, the product was put on a temporary hold, and we carried on with products like the DC-3 that so many of you are enjoying (thanks to all of you for making that product a success!). Over the course of the last few months the Saab 340 was picked back up and we have been working hard in the background to complete it. The team involved is working very hard to ensure this product a good one, and based on what we have produced so far, I have no doubt this product is going to be a hit! The length in time may seem disheartening to some, but in reality it is a blessing. As days go forward, so to do our skills and abilities. Quality bars are raised, and as such it forces us to do and make better. The Saab is no exception to this rule, and because of this a lot of 3D modeling and texturing has been entirely re-worked on this aircraft! For this project, time has been a GOOD thing. Many people are likely curious as to what we have coming down the pipeline in terms of systems functionality, and we are quite confident this will not disappoint! The Saab is aimed to be at the top tier of systems and visual simulation. With this said, we have also upgraded displays to be drawn by our own OpenGL, and additional systems have been added/adjusted according to the manuals we continuously study (as well as the numerous cross-referencing with our lead pilot in this project)! For the moment, I just want to briefly preview what we have re-worked with the 3D and textures on the Saab 340. More will come your way when it comes to systems programming as well, but for now we just want all of you to know that this project has heavy life in it, and it will without doubt make it to your computers in a timely fashion. We don't think you will be disappointed! Enjoy! (HINT: Click on images to see full size!)
  23. Hello All, I am new to this forum but a long-time X-Plane user. I have a problem that (after an extensive search) I have not found addressed on the forum so far. And if I'm in the wrong area please point me to the correct one. My problem (while using a Mac Pro, 6-Core Intel Xeon, 32 GB RAM, ATI HD 5870 1024 MB) with X-Plane 10.22+ 64 bit: For some of my X-Aviation aircraft (that function with GIZMO) some of the animations have ceased to function. For example; the Cessna Corvalis, the Douglas DC-3, and the Mitsubishi Mu-2B. - For the DC-3 the yoke is not animated (but the ailerons and elevator actually do move). - For the Corvalis the stick does not move (external surfaces do move). - For the MU2 (a long-time favorite) most of the cockpit animations do not function. The yoke doesn't move, nor does the throttle/condition levers. Many of the buttons and switches fail to operate. Externally I can see elevator and rudder movement but not the ailerons. The props are not animated. All of these planes had been functioning with no problem. I do believe that they were functioning subsequent to the latest update for the MU-2 (after the corrected installer for Mac). I am unaware of any event or other updates that may have effected this. However, in each case the log.txt complains about the same problem: "dlerror:dlopen(/Volumes/B Drive/X-Plane 10/Resources/plugins/Gizmo64.plugin/64/mac.xpl, 6): Library not loaded: @executable_path/../Frameworks/libcurl.framework/Versions/A/libcurl Referenced from: /Volumes/B Drive/X-Plane 10/Resources/plugins/Gizmo64.plugin/64/mac.xpl Reason: image not found" (a complete log.txt file is attached) Also, in the cockpit I do not have GIZMO in the plugins menu and don't have the side menu for GIZMO that was there before. Also GIZMO no longer creates the GizmoLog.txt. Using the provided installer I have uninstalled and re-installed the latest MU-2 update. That was the latest aircraft to update. I contacted Cameron about this through the X-Aviation site. After a look at my log.txt file he recognized that "It looks like your frameworks library didn't install." He informed me that they had put out a re-built installer and that I should re-downloadand and re-install the MU-2. I believe that I had used that corrected installer, but I wanted to give it another try. Since my download link had expired I asked that he re-open the link so that I could ensure that, in fact, I had the latest/corrected update. That was a several days ago. Unfortunately, Cameron has not responded to that request (nor subsequent emails asking for further troubleshooting tips). Hmm.... I had also asked where the frameworks library was supposed to reside so that I could have a direct look. By the way, I have a second X-Plane installation on another hard drive. Both are acting the same with the X-Aviation/GIZMO aircraft (all other aircraft are functioning normally). So I'm stuck. Are there others with this problem, and is there a known solution? Troubleshooting suggestions? CW Log.txt
