  1. Hello, Thanks for your report - I have logged this and it will be reviewed. APPR should be armed (i.e. you are doing things the right way) - there is something else going on! Kind regards
  2. Hello, There are plenty of errors in that log file - none appear to be associated with the Challenger 650. The last errors before crash are traceable to POSCON. Unfortunately I cannot log this. Kind regards
  3. There is no need to enter "EPWA S APP" into the FMS. Just the frequency. I have logged this anyway - thank you.
  4. Hello, Thank you for your report and for providing the log file - much appreciated. We will review and hopefully resolve. Kind regards
  5. Weight Target Airspeed Rate of Descent (Flap 0) 20,865kg 211 1835fpm 13,607kg 173 1600fpm
  6. No - recommend the use of Volanta or similar.
  7. That's not your "electrical connection" door - the AC GPU plug-in point is further up the fuselage near the nose. That's your fuel, there is no way to close in the air. It is your responsibility to ensure all doors are closed prior to departure.
  8. Press the TOGA button on the side of the throttles to arm ATS instead of activating.
  9. That's odd. Did it resolve itself? If not - try resetting by going to IDX -> STATUS and cycling nav databases. That may clear out whatevers going on.
  10. Next time it happens please upload a log file to this forum so we can review. Thank you.
  11. Hello, Thanks for the report and nicely spotted. I have logged this as a feature request for you. KR
  12. Can you provide us with more information please? VR should not affect this. What are you using to zoom?
  13. This add-on is as real as it gets. Aircraft require constant systems monitoring.
  14. What weather download function are you attempting to use? D-ATIS or WEATHER? Brgds
  15. You'll be happy to hear that the ability to refill oxygen is coming. Fingers crossed this solves the issue. KR
  16. At present the ability to defuel is not included. The addition of this feature may be considered for a future release. Brgds
  17. Hello, this issue is being worked on at present. KR
  18. Untoggle your reversers using the default bind. We have not encountered this issue with other users.
  19. If you still EFIS MISCOMP there's still something wrong, check that there's definitely no probe covers on. Brgds
  20. Bermuda Circle?? Thanks for your report, we'll attempt to replicate! Brgds
  21. Hello, Thanks for your report. We will attempt to replicate. KR
  22. Great to hear! Thanks for letting us know
  23. No problem - glad it's working for you.
  24. I am only going off the manufacturer's guidance which states V2.
  25. When I load the aircraft and change weights in career-mode, everything is working fine. When doing so in the "noob"-mode, the weights doesn't change. So fuel etc is in lbs., regardless of config-settings. Might be a bug, might be PICNIC (problem in chair, not in computer...) "Noob" mode loads a non persistent airframe for training purposes. It always loads with SVS disabled, fuel in lbs, 2000lbs fuel etc. You must change these settings yourself as there is no state saving in this mode. Other suggestions: X-plane uses "Y" to hide or lower yoke by default. Could this be added to this aircraft as well? I will pass this feedback to the developer Toogle tablets on/off in settings would be nice. Not critical, but nice. Toggle the tablets off by clicking on their respective suction cups This one is rather hard to explain, because it all depends on how we feel about breaking immersion versus challenges with X-plane's FOV-settings. This is related to the size of the HUD-symbology: When using Ultrawide-monitors, changing the FOV to a high value, fixes the "zoom-level" in the cockpit so it looks correct. So a 1080P monitor would probably benefit from 60-80 in FOV, but ultrawides, typically uses >105. This has a tendency to warp the image a bit, especially on the sides and this is perfectly normal when changing FOVs. A common compromise often includes moving the viewpoint back, and then lower the FOV to find a balance. In terms of seating-position, it is wrong because most addons, including this one has it set perfectly by default, but it does solve the issue common to ultrawides. With a collimated HUD, this becomes an issue, because moving the seating position changes the HUD-symbology (see picture), and of course it does, it's collimated after all! But a compromise would be the ability to adjust the HUD-symbology size. Again, not sure if this is the way to go. I solved it using a camera profile in X-camera that focuses exclusively on the HUD with a forced FOV, but its not optimal. I am not sure if HUD symbology size customisation is a possibility. One of the beta team tested on an ultrawide monitor and didn't encounter issues. You may need to compromise with FOV unfortunately.
