Hi all, I'd like to throw this out there to see if this is just me, or a common issue. I'm a long time X-Plane 11 user, and upgraded to X-Plane 12 (I'm currently on 12.04). I bought the AFM G5 plugin for X-Plane 11 in 2020, and when I got the email that it was ready for use with X-Plane 12, I downloaded the update (v2.1.0), installed it, flew the G5 172 provided with the plugin, activated the license, and started flying. Everything works great except for one, relatively small detail: when I click either of the GPS screens in the cockpit, the 2D-window does not open. I went back and re-tested the version in X-Plane 11 (2.0.0), and the G5 172 does not exhibit this behavior (clicking either GPS opens a 2D window of the GPS screen). While a workaround exists (assigning keys to the 2D GPS Window popups), I did want to post this to let the developers know in case this is not expected behavior, and to see if any other users of v2.1 have seen this behavior in X-Plane 12. Thanks all! log_could_not_popout_gps_g5cessna.txt Log_standard_cessna.txt1 point

IT'S FINALLY HERE! The 767-400ER! This release of this plane marks the final release in the Boeing 767 family, 35 fully animated and beautifully crafted models. Kinda amazing how there are so many versions of the plane. I'm so thankful that you all decided to welcome me back and give me this chance to prove my abilities. This was a great run of planes and i can't wait to see this all again when the 787 rolls onto the production line. Nice features: Brand new liveries Updated panel A special Wingflex formula, the same used on my future 787! Ground services detailed flight model anyways, you know the usual drill, READ THE MANUAL Turn of artificial stability READ THIS AS I WILL NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS REGARDING THE FOLLOWING CONCERNS: The plane may have an epileptic seizure in flight, to rectify this, turn off the artificial stability, located on the top left corner of the overhead panel The plane's LIT textures do not include windows of the fuselage Reading the manual is very useful, be sure to take a look at it before consulting with me. This plane is subject to copyright by all developers, in order to re-distribute, modify, or otherwise share this plane, you MUST ask all of the following for permission and credit them on the post: Hiroshi Igami: Objects Peter Tram: Normal map texturing Philip Foglar: Base textures Jerry Ng: Sounds Michael Chang: Flight model, objects, liveries Redistribution of this file without the consent of all of the above is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated. Ground services: This plane has a set of stairs that appear when the main PAX door is opened, activation is covered in the manual. This Boeing 767-400ER is equipped with four paints, Boeing 767 "leading the way" Delta Deltaflot Delta breast cancer special All by philip Foglar Additional paints by philip foglar converted by Jzeitlin can be found on this forum Other credits: Hiroshi Igami: animation guidance Warren Daniel (CEO of CLS): Flight model data I love you all so much, I'm so thankful <3 Michael1 point -
Presumably on the MU2? This is an oversight on my part and fixed for the next MU2 patch (for those concerned) -tkyler1 point

This folder name is prefixed with an integer. It is not required, feel free to change the name; however, beginning with Version 2.2 of the MU2 (not out as of this posting), I (TOGA simulation) will be utilizing a system whereby you can name a livery folder with an integer prefix number, and in a text file, you will be able to associate a tail number with that folder prefix integer. In this way, the tail number in X-Plane an online networks will match the livery tail number. -tkyler1 point -

I will add that I myself prefer a bit longer startup as I enjoy the sights/sounds of the start process myself. Right now its hard coded and I can lower the 'starter strength' to slow it down a bit, which I probably will when I get back to the Moo engine tweaking...to make it more of an "average" start time of 40 - 50s, etc. -tk1 point

This is a black and grey livery for the Challenger 650. I based it off N525JP which is a Challenger 350. NOTE!!! I forgot to change the right side tail registration color before taking the screenshot so if you follow the included photo 100% your right side tail registration will be black. Just simply drag the 3 color sliders to the right to make the right side white as well. Also, I forgot to change one of the thumbnail pictures back to the original name. It is named "CL650_icon11OLD.png" and the OLD needs to be deleted for it to show properly. Rename it to CL650_icon11.png and it will work.1 point -
Thanks both! The checklist just has me scratching my head for 98% of the time and even with DCS and other jets, I've usually learned mostly by watching videos then repeating it, then looking at the checklist which at that point makes more sense as I know I'm looking at the right areas of the cockpit. I have downloaded and printed out the 605 documents so a lot of reading for me! Very interesting stuff and I really enjoy watching and learning how things work especially in this detailed jet. I just watched the refuelling video and it was interesting to see how the center/aux center tanks worked! Funny how by learning this jet, I'm faffing about more compared to actually flying but it's so fun when something that went wrong with the last startup sequence is identified and corrected in the following attempt.1 point

This livery does use parts of the default livery, specifically the 2 lines on the fuselage in order to make it easier without a paintkit Since some people have asked for me to upload it, here it is! For me it's basically as if I had my own CL650 irl, but in sim. You can use it however you want to!1 point -

Hello, Navigate to your LEGS page and locate the waypoint which has had a constraint applied. Input the required level into the scratchpad and use the appropriate right side LSK (line select key) to transfer the information from the scratchpad. Some additional information below that you may find useful: - To enter an altitude simply input "6000" or "12000". To enter a flight level input "F310" or "FL310" - If you're given an "at or above" put "A" afterwards, eg. "6000A". - If you're given an "at or below" put "B" afterwards, eg. "F270B" - If you're given a "between" enter the lower altitude, then "A", then the upper altitude and "B" - eg. "7000A9000B" - You can also input a speed restriction at the same time, eg. "250/10000" or "220/5000" using the forward slash to separate.1 point

I thought I'd take the time and share something I've quickly whipped together for the brand new CL650 by Hotstart. The livery is a randition of the RACQ Life Flight CL650 that operates from Brisbane, Australia. Life Flight currently operates 4x CL604's in their fleet which operate from YBBN, YBTL and WSSS. I'll update as much as I can but I thought I'd give it a whirl before someone with far more talent brings out something! Enjoy!1 point -
