I think the version with the too large .png and .dds is the current version on the .org because I re-downloaded it last night thinking that maybe there had been an update since the first time I snagged it. And, yes, I WILL judge your future offerings off of KLAN, because KLAN is a fantastic scenery as it stands right now. Stellar work. I am really looking forward to KDTW, and can't wait to buy it. I have my credit card ready to go. It's one of my favorite airports. Having lived in the Detroit area for many, many years, I have fond memories of KDTW as a Northwest Airlines hub. Thanks, Tim

Different ISA deviations´ effect on performance is not modeled for now - the effect is fairly small (for typical deviations) and X-Plane does not model certain aspects of ISA deviation (like true altitude changing, etc.) Jan

Plugins currently have no way of communicating cloud formations to X-Plane's internal weather map display. Both should be more or less similar as they should be based on the same METAR data, but they won't match up exactly as we interpret METAR in a different way. We've talked to Laminar about some longer-term solutions for this, but for now it's something we have to live with I'm afraid.

SkyMaxx is fully customisable in this sense. You can add sky colors to your liking made by anyone all day long...and there's a lot of free ones out there!
