  1. To elaborate a little: we, the volunteers who help with the forum, have passed on the numerous feedback on this topic, as have the members of the Discord. Requests have been heard, and are always under consideration. But I can’t say any more than that as I’m not the developer.
  2. To quote the developer: Well, adding an on/off switch isn't difficult. But it goes against the philosophy of the product, so I'm opposed to it from the point of view of the logical purpose of the product. People would just enable it and not give a single care to temperature compensation. I'd rather people learn the proper way, than try to simplify it and then acquire bad habits. There is also the fact X-Plane is going to have this simulation built in with V12, and many people are going to be using it with many addons, as presumably it’ll be default enabled.
  3. The core of the G1000 in the TBM, including all flight plan and navigation functions, is the default. So sadly there’s probably nothing that can be done other than reporting a bug to Laminar.
  4. Please try without any custom scenery or third party plugins. P.S. I don’t think you should have XPRealistic and RealView installed at the same time, that seems like a bad idea.
  5. Please keep two things in mind: 1. There are only three people who could speak for the developer, Hot Start, and you won’t often see them responding on these forums. Only they can speak to the reasoning behind every decision made for the product. Most everyone here is either a volunteer or a community member just trying to help out their fellow simmer with how things are. 2. However, the main principle to consider why something might be how it is with the product is that the developer is trying to simulate the real life of a Challenger jet and their pilots. As Prefect99 says, it would be unusual for an aircraft to have literally zero fuel in the tanks. Fortunately, the state saving/restoration system is powerful and versatile, so pretty much if you can get the plane into a state one desires then it can be saved and reused in the future. Hope that helps.
  6. It’s in the backlog, that’s all I can say.
  7. Thanks for the data, all helps! Please keep them coming. Any more examples @sztrova?
  8. Try this? https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/files/file/6080-honeycomb-bravo-throttle-christmas-tree-application/
  9. Can you provide an approach, weather conditions, and payload/fuel amounts, please? That’ll assist in reproduction.
  10. Can you provide screenshots of the CDU during your inputs please?
  11. Search this link for “tbm900/lights/“, should find what you need. https://github.com/pilsnerish/Xsaitekpanels-Configurations/blob/main/TBM900_xsaitekpanels.ini
  12. Click the red “tabs” (paddles) at the rear.
  13. @richjb Would you mind awfully explaining why one would want to do this? Thanks!
  14. Redownload the installer.
  15. Hmm. Maybe you have some file system errors? That directory seems problematic! Check permissions also?
  16. You can’t make it to the mode selection screen (career vs. non-persistent)? Make a zip of E:\Games 2\X-Plane 11\Output\caches\CL650 and then delete it and try again, please.
