  1. Gotta say, this is one of the more bizarre/confusing posts I've ever seen. But, all that aside so others can kind of follow what's going on here:

  2. A few facts: 1. The latter email was sent in April. 2. You were told you unsubscribed in August. 3. The promo emails came in September. Not quite the zinger you hoped for, eh?

  3. Never mind. I just saw where I can turn the popup menu off. Awesome - Now I can continue pushing on buttons and making alarms go off with no interruptions.

  4. As you were shown in a followup reply to your claim about lies being made, evidence was shown to you where you chose to unsubscribe from our e-mail marketing system in August. The e-mail you are showing in your screenshot is (as seen in the image) from April of 2023. There's a reason you didn't get Black Friday and Cyber Monday emails. No lies are being made here. We would have loved to have your money when the chance was there. I have cropped out your name and email from the left pane for privacy reasons, but in the attachment image I sent you in an e-mail reply that info is retained for you to see as proof.

  5. Well, you have a leg or two up on me regarding IT - I simply fly 747s for a living and have a hard enough time programming the FMS . I will leave the troubleshooting to you in this case - let me know when you have found the reason. Cheers, Jan

  6. X-Aviation is aware of this issue but can neither reproduce, nor determine what causes it. It is a very isolated issue (3 people affected out of several thousand) and the log provides no hint as to the root cause.

  7. I can not spot anything out of the ordinary in your log - except that you seem to be running very expensive and possibly very specialized server type hardware. I am not enough of a computer expert to know if this would play a role in your problems, but it is something I haven´t seen before (and I must have read about 200 logs or so in the last months). Now it is unlikely that there is something as "too capable" hardware, but maybe something running on your computer (network connection, etc.) is a problem for the validation process that Gizmo is attempting? Do you have another computer you can install the IXEG on? Like a laptop or your brother´s computer or so? Just to try? Cheers, Jan

This repaint is based off of a private Challenger 350 (N316K) and made for the Hot Start Challenger 650. The livery was created with the assistance of a credible source and numerous close-up photographs of the real aircraft. Installation: Extract the "Blue & Gray (N316K)" folder inside the zip file to …\X-Plane 11\Aircraft\X-Aviation\CL650\liveries The tail number configuration comes with the livery, and you are free to personalize it to your liking within the airframe manager. If you like the livery, feel free to leave feedback and if you spot any errors, please do point them out! Enjoy!

Here's a simple paint I came up with for the Challenger 650 - inspired by but not intended to match Hawker N800HL. Please do not modify or redistribute without permission.

  12. You could be a little more appreciative of the time @Graeme_77 has put forward to try and help you learn this product...free of charge on his behalf. There is not likely to be something like an FCOM found with a real aircraft. Bombardier owns this material and sells it for thousands of dollars, or included with a $30 million purchase. We are not authorized to re-distribute this at all. It's 7,000 pages too, by the way. Along with @Graeme_77, there is also several video series of operating the aircraft complete with explanations by @skiselkov. Most customers have taken to this to learn the product and get along quite well. I do not expect anyone to understand everything here in a day, but exploring and learning through watching the series is rewarding. This is the answer we are able to give you now. Your impatience is evident, so there's your "right now" answer. I have never once looked through any manual for any car I have bought. This is probably not a great example. Ironically for things like this I'd default to YouTube, of which there's also a ton of livestream content to soak in as well for the 650. @Graeme_77 is a volunteer of his time. Please be respectful of his willingness to assist you considering he is not officially a Hot Start developer. He's an extremely knowledgable, kind person who is trying to help you and was gracious enough to help beta test this product before it went to market. He receives no money from this product. There's enough info in this thread to lock it for the time being. Please, use the free training videos out there at your leisure and learn best you can. If you are unable to make sense of something, post here and any of us will be happy to further explain things to you short of sending you thousands of dollars worth of copyrighted Bombardier manuals.
