  1. Many thanks for your comment. The TBM has proven more successful than we had expected, so that, coupled with how well we worked together, I'd say we'll be doing something again. For now, toto is busy making a few more minor fixes to the code, while I make some more cosmetic changes. Then we need to work on the next big update, which will have a few more extras, which will be followed by a long overdue vacation for me and my family. Then we'll see where things take us. One step at a time.

  2. I also feel that the persistent wear and tear feature of this aircraft has given me an entirely new perspective on the way I think about my simulator time. While all other aircraft in X-plane allow you to get away with practices that would destroy a real aircraft, the TBM-900 actually requires that you think like a real pilot. If you don't, you are reminded of the consequences of your sloppy behavior. I flooded the engine yesterday on my start up... the consequence of moving too fast and not thinking... $148,000 for a new combustor. Yes, the TBM-900 isn't for simulator pilots that just want to jump in and go... it requires that you think! To me, that is a welcome challenge.

  5. FYI we do seem to have finally cracked the nut on VR support for SkyMaxx Pro - at least it's working here with our Vive Pro. We're waiting to get a build into beta testers' hands. Stay tuned!

  6. By far the best GA aircraft on XP! Many thanks to all the team, incredible work. Next....Version 2.0 of the SAAB 340A with the same features as the TBM and modern GPS and Radar! Nothing less will do...well no harm in asking..ha ha!

  7. If you manually set the IGNITION switch to OFF, it should stay off -- just like the real aircraft, I would think. Certainly, that's what I would prefer, even if the switch should normally be in the AUTO position. I don't want the aircraft code to "help me out" with things like that.

  8. Thanks for the shot and the nice words! I admit, I feel the same way, even though I don´t use those other aircraft. For me the feeling of familiarity (after having spent 10 years in the real cockpit) is always striking... Cheers, Jan
