Flown first 2 flights with it and here are my observations: -The long pause is an absolute killer; tbh I've had to set it manual and then not change it again during the flight as it takes so long (I've got a decent i7, SSD and 1080TI and still takes a while/ freezes the sim if I click or do anything) -Missing Spring - I read what you wrote above but I feel if its an addon advertising 'seasons' then it should be in there; also not all winter is snow so should also have a winter with darker textures, barren trees and so on. Just look at what ORBX have done for P3D/FSX series; I was expecting something along the lines of proper season representation; especially for $40.... Overall it's okay but I don't really feel it's worth the price tag; the textures are ok but not stand out and only massive difference is if you're using hard winter/ snow - Maybe with some updates/ patches to improve loading speed and add more season variety then it'll become worth it but at the moment I feel personally that it falls short a bit.2 points

Hi guys This is by no way a criticism of your excellent product but some observations following a full flight this morning from Inverness to Edinburgh. 1. Ground roll thrust not consistent. Sometimes a lot required sometimes none. 2. Rate of roll when on hdg mode seems way excessive. Can this be reduced to 30 degrees as it's nearer 45. 3. On nearing altitude on climb mode the aircraft pitches wildly up and down while trying to capture the altitude. 4. Gpws anounciations on finals when fully configured. 5. Erratic pitch and roll when hand flying. I think this is an xplane issue as I feel the controls should be able to be manipulated more like fsuipc in p3d. Also applies to brakes. Get the feeling either on or off. 6. Can there be an option for mb rather than inches. 7. Is there a way to adjust the heading bugs without popping out another window as it doesn't make for a tidy cockpit. 8. On trimmed flight manually plane appears to turn to the left. How can this be adjusted. 9. Seems to be an issue with xenviro. Hope this provides some useful feedback. The aircraft in general is one of my favourites. Cheers S1 point

So far it seems if I have to build two library.txt per scenery, but maybe I missed something. Putting the non-terramaxx library content into the library makes X-Plane use this content instead of the seasonal content - otherwise it's fine. I will investigate further. For now I am very satisfied with the results as I could replace most of my sceneries vegetation in one go with a new library so there are only the orthos left. Thank you very much. :-) It's fun to use TerraMaxx for this kind of stuff... I messed around the whole day and can't stop. :-)1 point

The XPDR knob is on the radio panel. It may be used to adjust your altimeter (e.g., 29.92). I do not think I was able to make the altitude knob on the multipanel work. That was long time ago... Cheers.1 point

I would add to that: if ever you can get to it in further development, the most realistic would be several states (according to the date and latitude) for each seasons (like people is proposing and like YOU are doing a bit with 2 shades of winter...) One can imagine Autumn with full colored trees and another period of autumn with no more leafs and very brown feeling, etc... also, seasons could be adapted to the latitude. Northern countries have so little leaf trees and mostly evergreens, so seasons look obviously different. Even further, if one wanted to dream a bit, imagine that your snow cover would follow the real weather snow falls... I know from experience from the air that the land looks quite different after a big snow storm (I am not talking about the dull repeating fields, of course, but the roads, the hills, etc..). Frozen rivers or not? and, as was discussed earlier in the thread, based on temperature, snow cover on top of mountains at the dewpoint temperature... that is a dream. X-Plane (that we all love) has been so DULL all these years regarding all those aspects and your plugin must be the door to all that! (one can look at what they did in DCS world 2.5 that just came out, the seasons are sunning!) Anyway...Just some thoughts! JEFX1 point

I dont agree with you Cameron. I am a pilot (despite very modest Private Pilot flying Cessnas) and spring seen from the air can be soooo beautiful! I live in Montreal and the winter is very hard (there are still tons of sonw and this morning the temperature is close to minus 15 (with beautiful sun and blue sky). BUT!: When FINALLY all that snow melts and this magical moment of spring comes, when the very pale green tender baby leafs bloom on the pretty dark wet earth background it has a feeling and a beauty seen from the air that is incomparable! I think that you whould really add spring to a SEASONS package! my 2 cents JEFX1 point

On the plausible scale bare trees looked horrible......trust me... Deep winter presents very gray and drab trees, you can switch it manually and stare off into the gray depressing void!1 point

Love your apps...any chance of having it for Android at some point? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk1 point

I found the issue. I have Saitek Multipanel and Saitek Switch Panel. I started playing around with it and found out that if I disable the Switchpanel everything will work. Somehow the Master Battery button is linked to the VOR/DME receiver. The MultiPanel works fine. I got the beautiful magenta radial now!!! Enviado desde mi iPhone utilizando Tapatalk1 point

I've completed two flights in it so far. It's great and I haven't found any issues whatsoever! Also, I don't have a very powerful machine, but it still runs so well!1 point

I wouldnt know which file to get. Try at another airport, maybe? You are the only one with this problem so far, so it must be something unique to your setup. What strikes me odd in some of your pictures is that the standby horizon is tilted...did you open the standby power switch on the overhead? That would explain why the navradio 1 is not working, its connected to the standby bus. Jan1 point

It's plain economics. Most vendors in the sim world (especially XP- specific I would think) are very small operations (often only 1 person) creating products for a relatively small marketplace (not really a lot of money in it). They don't usually have personnel available whose only job is to communicate to the public. Virtually nobody is getting rich in this industry and probably most don't make a full-time living at it. For the most part it is a labor of love for these creators. And anyone who has any experience with software development knows things almost always go wrong at the last minute and delays are practically inevitable. This happens with big software companies as well, but as you can imagine the smaller the company, the less resources are available to get the product out in time AND communicate with the public efficiently. This is a very simplified explanation but the moral of the story is to be patient or you'll always be frustrated. Just goes with the territory. It'll be out when it's out. Take a deep breath and enjoy all the stuff you already have! No amount of nagging on the forums is going to make the release any sooner.1 point

The desktop application is close to completion. Still need to address a few issues to be followed by testing, documentation, talking to vendor(s), etc. In the course of developing the desktop version, I have also found an issue that can potentially affect the iOS application too. So, that one will be updated as well.1 point
