  1. It is an X-Plane limitation. 3D view is required for the customized G1000 in all our aircraft (and to my knowledge, all customized G1000 aircraft for X-Plane). With the SR22s, we do have a config option that can be enabled to stop all object rendering in the interior views.
  2. Hi, we've got the fixed texture for that here:
  3. I don't believe that is coming from the Islander - I'm not sure what add-on is triggering the message, but I would guess its potentially another plugin installed?
  4. We've got a fix for this that will be pushed with 1.2.1, in the mean time, feel free to test it out, replacing the file of the same name with the attached file. BN-2B Islander G5_cockpit.obj
  5. Thanks for reporting, I'm able to replicate, something must have got mixed up with objects. It'll get fixed for 1.2.1
  6. Can you make a topic for this, once there, in order to debug what is going on, we will need you to send us a copy of the X-Plane log.txt file. You can find a guide to get this file here: How to find the X-Plane log.txt file?
  7. Not currently, if a Vulkan/Metal version is pushed, we will look adding it to the aircraft
  8. afm/sr/cmd/switches/o2_Toggle afm/sr/cmd/switches/o2_Off afm/sr/cmd/switches/o2_On
  9. Hi Jan, I'm not quite sure what you mean by "Source 1" are you using a third party navigation plugin? A screenshot of the interface you are talking about should help. The HSI on the Islander is driven by the GNS 530, which has both "GPS 1" mode (where the HSI is driven by the GPS) and "VLOC 1" mode (where the HSI is driven by the NAV radio on the 530. The bottom left button on the GNS 530 labeled "CDI" will switch between these two. The same logic can be applied to the OBS (located on the left side of the panel) and the GNS 430. The ADF indication is at the bottom left of the panel.
  10. In order to debug what is going on, we will need you to send us a copy of the X-Plane log.txt file. You can find a guide to get this file here: How to find the X-Plane log.txt file?
  11. The outline only shows if you have "Show Instrument Click Regions" checked in the X-Plane menu drop down.
  12. Can you get a screenshot before he passes out? Trying to figure out what is going on with the settings to cause this.
  13. Is the oxygen flowmeter set in the center console and the oxygen switch next to the flaps both turned on? Can you send a screenshot of both while at high altitude?
  14. Regarding Marker, I'll file that and take a look to see if there is something off there. Regarding FSE mode, it sounds like for some reason (perhaps a folder being accidentally marked read-only by the OS?) the settings file isn't able to save the changes you make. Can you take a look at X-Plane 11/Aircraft/***SR2X Folder In Use (SR20, SR22, SR22TN)/plugins/sr_systems/settings/settings.cfg The line fse_override in that file sets the position of that switch. You can also go into the properties of that file by right clicking, and making sure it isn't set to "read-only"
  15. The in-sim window popups will show at the location of the mouse cursor when clicked. There currently isn't a method for saving locations of the bezeled-popups. With the 1.2.0 update (currently in development), the popup locations will be configurable for out-of-sim popup window configuration, both for bezeled and non-bezeled popups.
  16. Significant performance gain compared to the G1000 SR22, at least on my system (MacBook Pro). I would expect similar to better on all systems, assuming you aren't CPU thread limited.
  17. Are you popping out the bezeled popups onto a different monitor or are they staying on the same monitor? There currently is not a keypad popup but I'll add your interest so its on our list to consider.
  18. The g5.cfg should go into the aircraft root directory, not inside the G5 plugin (this is what we are switching to, so updating wouldn't have the same issues where the old config file could get wiped out. Try placing the g5.cfg file I provided where the automatic generated one is now located. That should hopefully get it working!
  19. You can try the attached g5.cfg, using the 1.2.0 version of the G5 plugin copied from the Islander. This g5.cfg should go in the M20R Ovation II G5 folder. g5.cfg
  20. Putting key in ignition switch: afm/sr/cmd/panel/keyPositionIn And removing key: afm/sr/cmd/panel/keyPositionOut
  21. When you load the C172 G5, what isn't working? In order to debug what is going on, we will need you to send us a copy of the X-Plane log.txt file. You can find a guide to get this file here: How to find the X-Plane log.txt file?
  22. Further additions to the Entegra -- Airspaces, Airways, and Highways!
  23. Yup, it is turned on by us in the acf file itself, the switch box in X-Plane doesn't affect this aircraft
  24. What a beautiful flight Can't beat Molokai and Maui
  25. Currently the G5 that ships with the manual installer is an older version compared to the Islander. You can copy the G5 from the Islander's plugin folder and replace the one in the M20 folder. With the 1.2 update (that ships with the Islander), the "acfConfig.cfg" file that was inside G5/settings, is now "g5.cfg" and lives in the base of the installed aircraft directory. Copying that file out of the M20's plugins/G5/settings folder would ensure you keep the same integration.
