As far as I'm concerned, your issues got resolved in under 24 hours, and that's good customer service. You coming in here and saying "I can't even download the igodispatch for the ixeg 737-300 from the x-aviation website and they aren't helping me fix it" is misleading without context. You give the impression in a public venue that we aren't helping you and you've waited an eternity. Reality is you waited 3 hours, posted that with NO context, and had people assuming anything they wanted. Really, it's not okay.

And when you made that comment 8 hours ago, how many e-mails had you sent in general, and how long before making your post had you sent them? And, had you not already received replies to your general issues? Come on, man. Out of line.

This is an X-Plane bug which Laminar has addressed but not yet released to the public in the beta run.

There's actually quite a bit here about it. Anyways, seems to be a bug in the beta version of Gizmo. Re-install using the stable selection for now.

The problem appears to be your rudders. You have them deflected, so your hardware is causing a left yaw. It's clearly seen in the video.

As I recall, this error is something Laminar resolved in 11.41 and higher. You'll need to update X-Plane.

You have obviously read nothing or understood nothing (one of the two) to realize what the context of time constraints meant. Two years was irrelevant to the context, and that argument stops here. You also seem to be putting your pride over understanding that you aren't the smartest man over everyone else here (developer or user included). This isn't a contest, and regardless of what you feel the log didn't contain, it actually DOES contain much info we look for that is not obvious to end users. You want help with your issues, but you don't want to help us help you. Knock it off with the attitude. Please. We're not going to argue in here. Help, or don't, but you're wrong at the moment about the log. This sort of attitude you're exemplifying is troublesome. You can be bitter, just not here. We won't tolerate it.

It amazes me how many people don't read the forum issues before they write. Been covered many times! On another note, we will need logs if you want help with crashes. Please post those logs in your own topic for organizational reasons.

As you have not purchased Real Weather Connector, this option isn't available to you. AMD stats are known to not be very reliable. They don't give the same stat access that NVidia seems to provide.

Librain does not currently support Vulkan/Metal, and investing time to do this is not something we will consider until all the kinks for that are worked out.

VR is on the list of things to do. My mind was so blown by VR that my Oculus has sat in the closet now for over a year.
