  2. Practice makes perfect!
  3. Neither Real Weather Connector or SkyMaxx Pro read or inject winds. That is entirely controlled by X-Plane and the settings you have selected.
  4. No, a 172 (and the Laminar 172) does not have caster steering. Most aircraft don't and are typically controlled by rudder pedal movement (speaking real world). There is no implication that you must have hardware here. Having personally flown the SR22 many times in real life I can say that my first few outings were nearly as frustrating trying to learn the touch of differential braking compared to standard rudder taxi movements. It becomes second nature muscle memory eventually. The aircraft is plenty manageable without hardware. It does take practice because you are not used to it. Just because you don't like or enjoy it doesn't mean it's wrong.
  5. This is normal and has been the case for years. Use the product as you normally would.
  6. I believe a file not seen in your directory should be getting created by ASXP. FSGRW does this at least. @sundog, I don't remember with ASXP. Do you?
  7. Can you please post a screenshot of your main X-Plane directory?
  8. Are you sure you're talking about the right SR22? This one does have pop-up and out, and was designed in part BY RealSimGear. I think you're talking about another company's SR22.
  9. Glad it worked for you.
  10. How many monitors do you have? You do not have a valid license on your hard drive and Gizmo is trying to show you the login screen.
  11. It's been documented in the forums already. Copy the scripts folder from any other variant to the Airborne variant.
  12. It's a file called log.txt located in your X-Plane application folder. You'll need to attach it to a post here only after you have just ran the TBM.
  13. That appears to be some kind of corruption going on. Not sure where though.
  14. It probably doesn't help that he's trying to run a pirated copy with very old Gizmo. Purchase software @ItzARz. Don't expect people to help you when you're attempting to steal from them.
  15. The Saab 2000 is an entirely different avionics package that would take a very long time to develop. We do not have any plans for the 2000 variant in the future.
  16. Thanks for keeping us posted! Enjoy!
  17. The error is pretty clear itself. At least we can rule out outdated software now. However, everything else you've described coincides with the error you are seeing. Everything is timing out. I am not getting ANY other reports about this, so I think it comes back to: 1. Internet Service Provider routing to the server or 2. Some weird firewall settings after your Windows OS update From your description though, I think my bet would be on #1, which is something I can't help with at all. You can test this some by hitting Windows+R. In the Run window, type “cmd” into the search box, and then hit Enter. At the prompt, type “ping” along with x-aviation.com I would venture to say ABCDEFGHIJLKMN, Afghanistan is not truthful in any way. Properly update your address on file, please.
  18. There is no customer account utilizing your e-mail address from here in the X-Aviation database. That said, the first thing that jumps out at me is you're running an outdated version of Gizmo. Re-install one of our products to bring that up to the latest version first to see if that resolves it. EDIT: I have now found your account doing a different lookup method. You should be aware that your account is subject to termination following the following Terms and Conditions clause: I will give 24 hours for you to appropriately adjust all account information to be true and accurate.

  20. Mainly because the volumetric clouds rely more on the GPU. You're seeing the improvements related to that.
  21. I'm sorry, but that's not a very powerful system. I can't be anything but real with you. It doesn't matter if it was made yesterday. If the configuration of the machine is not high specs, then it's going to perform like it's not high specs. Comparisons mean nothing. You're trying to relate numerous products that are all programmed and customized to varying degrees. Trying to compare products, no matter what they are or who made them is not helpful in any way. I realize you don't like these answers, but the truth is the truth. I'm not going to lie to you about it.
  22. Being real and being arrogant are two different things. Just because you don't like the answer doesn't mean it was arrogant.
  23. We do not give estimations or release dates until something is solid.
  24. No there's not. The patch is called "new hardware". This is a meaningless statement.
