  1. He is the developer, along with one other person. It is not reasonable to assume devs will install every add-on known to man for you. Additionally, we do our best to test in our machines, as well as beta testers. No test environment will ever fully replicate that of your own. Thanks for taking the time to help us help you. It's a team effort.
  2. @kaselite You have multiple accounts on X-Aviation, and you can only have one. The license window is coming up because you have products installed from your other account(s) than the one you used to activate the G5 and TBM900 on. You will need to contact X-Aviation with a request to merge these accounts, specifying which account to merge to.
  3. Hi there, The minimum specs listed on our product page state a GTX 970. The XFX RX480 is just slightly slower than the minimum required hardware, so this is likely playing a big role. This is definitely hardware related!
  4. Please read the important note here:
  5. There isn't. It should come up along with the other displays as you power up the aircraft. Has this previously worked and suddenly is not working? The HUD needs AC power to come on. Be sure to hook up the AC GPU and then push the EXT AC pushbutton on the overhead. That should boot up the HUD computer for sure. If that doesn't work, can you try creating a new airframe or loading the aircraft in non-persistence mode to see if it comes up then?
  6. Hi @Jean-Luc Camembert, On the glareshielf you'll find a dimmer for the HUD (next to the ATS mode display). Did this by chance get turned down? If not, please provide your log.txt file from X-Plane to help try and diagnose this.
  7. Hi @jenijek, The gap is produced due to objects being killed that are not in view when the door is closed (basically trying to increase performance). We are aware of it though and will probably try and move mesh around to address that particular area not getting killed.
  8. @oisin650 that's strange. It's working on my computer.

  12. How much space is available on your OS System hard drive, and also how much space on the X-Plane drive available? Your speed is fast, so this seems like some kind of local issue. Have you tried right clicking and running as admin? Another thing to check would be a firewall or antivirus removing the file before it can complete, thus killing the installer.
  13. First thing I note is that you are running the installer without it being fully de-compressed. You should not run it from within the zip file. You are simply receiving errors because you are trying to 'Ignore' steps that you cannot skip. What's your download speed like when this is happening? Seems like a connection drop out of sorts.
  14. Hi @Dionsol, As the plugin is not compiled for Linux, there is no workaround. Simply put, this is not Linux compatible. The database uses the default X-Plane one, which can be upgraded by Navigraph.
  15. You should not do this. Ever. It had nothing to do with the error at all. By doing this you ARE going to mess up other product installs.

  17. @InitiatedAunt74, I would agree that it doesn't seem Gizmo would be for you on the premise that you prefer a per-aircraft setup. Linux is up in the air as well, and as you've indicated that's important for you. For now, we really aren't utilizing it for anything but payware. That may change one day, but not for now. I won't get into semantics over your displeasure with Ben, but I will stand up for Gizmo and state that it's extremely powerful and optimized over the competing option. Only other note, while irrelevant at this point, is Gizmo is installed already on hundreds of thousands of computers. The per aircraft thing is kind of moot anyhow at this point. Chances are very, very slim someone you have installing whatever future product you create doesn't also have Gizmo installed anyhow. Best of luck in whatever you create!
  18. This was fixed in the just released 1.4.1 update:
