I have another installation of XP12 on the same PC, up to date like the first one.... There it takes a while, but the plane is loading without errors. Please see the log file attached Perhaps this comparison can help to find the culprit in my first installation..... :-) Log.txt

I can only agree to all you said, N206SA! Your log files looks very similar to mine and ends with the same dry and mysterious statement: "--=={This application has crashed because of the plugin: Challenger 650 by Hot Start}==--"

I have installed the latest update 1.7 of the Challenger 650 into my XP12 directory and got a success message. However, when I try to load the plane, the program produces a CTD with the last lines in the log file like this: 36 00007FF852B77034 C:\WINDOWS\System32\KERNEL32.DLL+0000000000017034 () 37 00007FF854A42651 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll+0000000000052651 () --=={This application has crashed because of the plugin: Challenger 650 by Hot Start}==-- So, the plugin seems to be the culprit. But what did I do wrong? Fresh install, and it crashes.... Please help! Thank you Juergen
