We've learned better than to give dates; however, we have a very well defined 'todo' checklist and are working towards this every day, full time, whereas in the past that was not the case. As such, it'll be more than a few weeks, but less than several months, there is a LOT of stuff to test. We customized a whole lot of things that have to be audited, assessed and in many cases, 'removed and patched over'. We are very committed to this guy though and definitely have improvements coming not too far down the road.

Thanks for looking into this. I'll probably wait for Gizmo to work without Rosetta but will try the workaround in the meantime.

It would be really nice if I could, from the XP menu, select which checklist I want, without cycling through them all. Also if the Next Checklist and Prev Checklist menu items could indicate which ones they are, that also would be helpful. Minor point, but would be nice to have. Thanks for consideration.

If you can do a cold start in DCS then you've nothing to worry about - clearly you have an ability to learn procedures. Have a little faith in the checklist - the included illustrations at various points can be helpful. If you can't find a switch just look for it - there's not a huge amount going on in the 650's cockpit. It is intimidating at first but after a few times starting it up you'll be laughing! (While looking for switches you'll discover a million other features). I can understand, seeing as you're coming from the TBM, that the avionics seem a little complicated. There's a good document included with the add-on called "FMS Primer" which basically shows you how to do all the "normal stuff". There's a ProLine 21 primer coming soon also. The tutorial video series will be expanded in due course. View File Challenger - CSL Model This is a 3D model of the Challenger 650 for use when flying in online networks like VATSIM. This will be visible for multiplayer traffic flying type code CL60. Downloading and Installation Instructions: Download and then extract the CL60 folder into your pilot client CSL folder (X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/xPilot/Resources/CSL/Bluebell/ for default installs) to see this model. This model includes lights (Nav, Beacon, Landing), retractable gear, and rotating engines. There are also animated Flaps, Spoilers, Speedbrakes, and Taxi Lights, but there appears to be some dataref issues (these don't appear to animate in the sim). Hopefully we can have HotStart resolve with future updates! I do hope that we see a proper CSL done by Hot Start and the goal wasn't to replace that, but in the meantime I hope the community can enjoy this work!
