737ng can be flown without FMS and I did it a copule of years ago(Both FMS failure at an airport with no maintance cover). You just set the vspeed and N1 limit using the knobs instead. Regarding the RNAV, Airports should have contingency procedures in case an aircraft lose its rnav capability(eg:omnidirectional departure or radio aids to hold in case of radio failure). In Salzburg the airways bring you directly over the VOR and from there you can star your procedure.

I've been a long time user of SMP and RWC and have found MAXX FX a great little utility to tweak the visuals to nicely bring out a little more contrast in the clouds as well as making XP look soo much better over all. The only yellow clouds I see is at sunrise and sunset and (since I don't often see that where I live) I've been able to tone down some of the reds and yellows to make things look more like my little corner of the world (not to mention I can adjust it seasonally). Since Gizmo is already installed for SMP, MAXX FX has really no fps hit that I've noticed.

You have quite the collection plugins there, and any one of them could be contributing to the crash. I would start with removing xPilot. We've had reports that it is not compatible with 11.51, and it looks like this is the problem plugin going by your log file. After removing it, try x-plane again. If it crashes, post another log.
