  1. An ancient X-Plane advice: Are you seeing odd behavior of any sort that you cannot explain - delete the XP prefs files

  2. rgr, I was responding to your question about how to actuate VVI above. For the levers, we have the following datarefs to reflect throttle lever angle when in autothrottle: ixeg/733/engine/eng1_thro_angle / ixeg/733/engine/eng2_thro_angle ...FWIW, we also have for the reversers: ixeg/733/engine/eng1_rev_angle / ixeg/733/engine/eng2_rev_angle Regarding the default 737...as one who used to work for Laminar developing aircraft, they keep their customization to a minimum and develop their models to use the default datarefs. If some significant functionality were to be missing...we'd just go tell Austin and he'd customize stuff and give us new datarefs....but now that I'm "on the outside", we don't quite have that luxury and so have to go custom and abandon default datarefs when they don't suite our purpose. ....and finally, the dataref for the VS annunciator is: ixeg/733/MCP/mcp_vs_dial_ann Hope this helps. -TomK

  3. Did you somehow get the impression the TBM takes over X-Plane's rendering engine and tells it how to do anti aliasing? Surely not, right? Do you say the same thing to the third party plugins whose dirty code is getting exposed? Just curious since you seem to be a programming genius.

  4. @Greaser, when you're ready to be reasonable, we'll help you. Making demands will get you nowhere. I've addressed the stuttering issue in other threads. I've also mentioned to everyone to stop mentioning "This only happens with the TBM." This statement is, literally, of no help to us. I've tried to see this stuttering issue on my end, and I'm getting nothing like what you're stating. ie. Unusable. We've seen streamers who are flying it with no issue. So I reiterate. This issue seems like it's isolated to a specific type of setup. Either with hardware or plugins. And when you're willing to accept that, we can move forward.

  5. I'm completely satisfied with the level of after purchase support I receive on my X-Aviation purchases. Thank you to the developers and the sellers. Now get back to work...

  6. Please use sim/autopilot/take_off_go_around (Autopilot take-off go-around).

  7. Not a good solution. It's SSAA anti aliasing that is causing stutters with this aircraft only and there needs to be an official patch which addresses it. Developers also need to focus on why their aircraft is causing crashes to desktop and handle the exception in the code and not let the sim crash. No other aircraft has the random crashes to desktop like the TBM 900. Stop blaming all third parties and fix your code! Greazer.
