  1. Literally 30 minutes ago, Saso sent me a build to test. I have 3 X-Plane installations on my PC, and I tried the latest test build on 2 of them. Vanilla 11.32 and stable 11.31 with multiple aircraft and plugins installed. (My 3rd one is 11.30) The update works on 11.31, but it CTD's on 11.32 with no plugins installed. Unfortunately, this means a minor delay until he can figure out what is going on with 11.32. It's a very unusual crash, as the log doesn't report any errors. Everything loads fine, and then CTD. Like X-Plane is just saying "Nah, Not today. I'm tired!" Will keep you posted.

  3. Not necessary. I got a new build for 11.32, and it's working. Just have to make sure it works on Mac and Linux and it'll ship.

  4. Hey everyone, I'm working on a hardware home cockpit, but as I iterate on the design and fabrication cycles there, I wanted to show off what I've got going in software so far. I'm actually kind of surprised that this is working as well as it does, and to that end I hope to release it (as freeware) once I've got it to a state of my liking. So, anyway, do enjoy this little preview of my iPad TBM-900 control panel, using TouchOSC and a small self-authored plugin to handle communication. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0K210z3RS0

  5. If this is not considered a bug, please move topic to the correct forum Hello dear devs, as I was curious if the AP can handle an Autoland with the new downwash effect, I did a quick test. Conditions: EDDH rwy 23 with weather set to clear (no wind, no rain, no clouds, no turbulence) GW 52,2t 11.32r2 (beta) The plane flared, "ballooned" at about 20 feet RA, then descended again and touched down. So it looks like the autoland function or the flight model (whatever, maybe both) need a recalibration to work with the new downwash effect. Kind regards from Hamburg Germany

  6. Thank you very much for your hard work and especially for keeping us informed! This is a level of support I miss with many developers, but you are doing great with all aspects of support.

  8. @Goran_M I started to type "You are the wind beneath my wings", my usual go-to expression of deep gratitude, but stopped myself figuring that was maybe a bit too on-the-nose. So please accept a hearty "Thank you" instead!

  9. Hi Stuart, I’m currently using this aircraft to get through my type rating and it is fairly realistic to the actual aircraft. The actual aircraft has a lot of Dutch roll characteristics at low speed and we use yaw damper until about 1000’ Aileron control at low speed is quite unresponsive so I can give you our procedures for approaching and maybe it will help. The engine will cut out with hard landing. Try to approach at 135 kts and land at vref (reference speed over the threshold) at no less than 124kts with 20 degrees of flap. Flap 35 will help to stabilise more if that’s still an issue, but at these speeds it should be manageable. As the aircraft is so much more realistic than a lot of others, if you need to, try changing the joystick settings on whichever axis is causing problems. Hope this helps
