  1. There’s been no change to this functionality. Do you have a screenshot of the airframe manager?
  2. Try dragging display 3 so its bottom edge is level with display 1. And don't use anything but display 1 in X-Plane. If you want an MFD on a secondary monitor, use a pop out (native window).
  3. The machines are not product specific, they are shared, and tied to your x-aviation account, as a whole.
  4. Use the X-Plane default autopilot commands, they have "auto-repeat".
  5. A few posts up..
  6. V1.7 is NOT exclusive to XP 12. XP 11 will be supported for at least 1 more year.
  7. Maximum with 6GB is definitely pushing it, also assuming the 6GB option was selected when installing Chally. Higher SSAO and anti-aliasing might use more VRAM, but not sure on that. If you’re buying a new GPU in 2023 better it be at least 12 GB (and Nvidia for X-Plane purposes).
  8. Ok. Well, in V1.7 a more detailed downlink was added, and also made it more representative of real world transfer speeds. If it's a very long flight plan, and you're on satellite comms, it could well take 10+ minutes. You can check via the Study menus if data transfer is happening. You'd have to wait 30 minutes (as in the real plane) for a downlink "timeout". A rejected flight plan should happen when it's downlinked, and will also display in the log. You might just have to be more patient. However, next time, please also send the FMS file, and the full flight plan route, from SimBrief so we can test it. Thanks.
  9. I don't see anything about a failed SimBrief downlink. Maybe you can send me a screenshot of the relevant User Settings window, in private if required.
  10. This is due to Stable Approach.
  11. Likely a difference in how their autopilots are implemented (using default, etc.).
  12. Thanks. As Goran says above, as far as we can tell this is an issue with Apple's OpenGL implementation on Apple Silicon-based Macs and as such likely only they can resolve it. However, if you are feeling brave, there's 2 workarounds that may alleviate the issue, but if you choose to use them it's entirely at your own risk. 1. If you have a copy of X-Plane 11 installed, copy the DDS files from X-Plane 11/Resources/bitmaps/Earth Orbit Textures to X-Plane 12/Resources/bitmaps/Earth Orbit Textures, overwriting what's already there 2. If you don't, you can resize the DDS textures in X-Plane 12/Resources/bitmaps/Earth Orbit Textures to 1024x1024 pixels (how to do this is an exercise left to the reader) We still hope that when Gizmo goes "ARM native" (and Rosetta won't be required) it'll bypass whatever OpenGL issue is the cause, but I'm not holding my breath.
  13. There's no real "gamification" in the Career Mode. It's named for the persistence of the airframes, and the presence of the FBO/ground services. P.S. Please don't cross-post into multiple forums.
  14. Are you using X-Plane 12 on an Apple Silicon Mac? Please post your X-Plane Log.txt
  15. Post your Logtxt and we can have a look.
  16. Simbrief (numeric) Pilot identifier set in User settings?
  17. You have a lot of rudder input going in (see the slip indicator below the FMAs), most likely unintentionally, but at Mach .80 even a small amount of input has a big impact. You should recalibrate your Yaw axis, and if there's still an issue, configure a dead zone at the centre of it.
  18. The ATS mode screen you mean? Yes, depending on lateral mode and phase of flight, bank limit is adjusted automatically. 1/2 bank is also engaged automatically at higher altitudes. Changes the response of the autopilot so that it doesn’t chase the flight directors as aggressively.
  19. Do you have multiple monitors? In a non-standard arrangement? A screenshot of the Windows display settings panel might help.
  20. Turn the display and lamps’ brightness down! Your eyes are too sensitive at night.
  21. Can you post some example screenshots showing PFD, MFD, and first legs page on the CDU, please?
  22. That error is unrelated. But did you also check the X-Plane sound settings?
  23. Make sure you have an active audio device selected in Windows and sound is enabled in X-Plane settings.
  24. There is a password box missing. Change your display’s scaling and/or text rendering back to 100%/normal size.
