Thanks for your fast response Pils! Yes, I have an active audio device: Speakers(2- Realtek USB2.0 Audio), the standard device for Windows Mixed Reality (HP Reverb G2 v2), using Steam VR. I started X-plane without VR enabled (and another sound device selected: Speakers (GSX 1000 Main audio), with the same result, and the same repeated error, "FMOD error 2 - Error trying to allocate a channel", in the log file.
