  1. Thanks, that's very helpful. The backtrace would suggest something of that nature so good that you've narrowed it down. Will speed things up on this end. Cheers!
  2. Hello, you may follow the below procedure
  3. Turn off the flight directors, then press the TOGA button.
  4. The black panel in the galley. Click the screen to wake it up and click the bottom right icon for doors. Open doors are indicated by a yellow dot. I have attached images of the screen and the corresponding door which was open.

  9. Good evening, This issue has been logged and will be reviewed. Thanks for taking the time to report and also figuring out it's the bearing source crashing the thing. Much appreciated and saves a lot of time on this side! Kind regards,

  13. Hello, Unfortunately that's an X-Plane crash that you've experienced (not connected to the Challenger). Thank god for autosave! Brgds
  14. Hello, Unfortunately without a backtrace at the end of the log there's not much we can gleam from those. The "DxDiag" includes lots of "problem signatures" and "fault buckets" so there's your problem I would guess, unfortunately we cannot provide support for that. KR
  15. Hello, Thanks for your report. Unfortunately the log file doesn't indicate a crash (it just ends) so there is nothing we can gleam from this. If it happens in the future, check your log.txt for a "backtrace" at the end of the file and reply to this thread with same. Many thanks
  16. Hello, Thanks for your report and for including both the log and .fms files. We'll take a look! Brgds
  17. Hello, Thanks for your report, this will be reviewed. Brgds
  18. Hello, Looking at the log this doesn't appear to be caused by the Challenger. Let us know if it happens again. Thanks
  19. Simply means your ATS isn't on. What are you doing to turn on the ATS?
  20. Hello Hussam, Following the checklist (!) will have you select thrust limit "TO" prior to landing, in case of go-around - although this has no effect on losing speed. If your thrust levers are at idle and you're still not losing speed, consider: Reducing your rate of descent Adding flap Lowering the landing gear Deploying the speed brake Remember, make the airplane do what you want it to do. Brgds
  21. Hello, Unfortunately there is nothing in that log file to indicate a crash (not saying there wasn't, the log just stops). However you do have a huge number of plug-ins installed, including one which states in the log: "This layer is known to cause issues such as crashes with X-Plane." Please try the 650 again with a clean plug-ins folder and see if the crash is replicated. Brgds
  22. Make sure you have altitudes on in the MFD config menus
  23. The Hot Start Challenger 650 is a proper simulation. The way weather works in X-Plane 11 isn't conducive to a realistic weather radar simulation. Right now it appears that X-Plane 12 will be able to facilitate the radar.
  24. Hello, I've requested these datarefs to be added. Out of curiosity, do you require these to display modes on a physical ATS screen?
  25. Will be tested with the FMS and any necessary corrections made
