  1. We came to an agreement to allow free use of the Gizmo scripting engine in exchange for a some exposure to the rest of the X-Aviation catalouge. As for the error, despite a code review and cleanup, there still seem to be some complex passwords that will trip it up. Please try changing your password via the X-A site and see if the new version works. This annoys me greatly but I can't exactly go around asking people what their password is to discover the common fault that trips it.
  2. X-Plane 11.20+ has a new OBJ8 rendering engine. We've contacted Laminar and will be working through the problem as soon as possible. For now you'll have to revert to the earlier version of the sim.
  3. If it was mid February you might have a point. It's not. It's the middle of the Holiday Season. People have lives, that includes developers.
  4. Very odd..... Thanks for the report. Bug noted. If you can find anyone else with this issue and link it here it will help escalate the priority. I haven't heard of it before...
  5. Please install a demo copy of X-Plane and test the product inside that with no extras. You are the only user reporting this, the problem is very likely your own sim config. Thanks.
  6. I suspect it's an issue with 11.20vr1 and the long standing GL bug that affects xEnviro, Intel GPU's, XSB and so on. I recently wrote some tooling to find and fix this bug. The fix is in the code base and will appear in the next IXEG update. I cannot say when that will be but if the bug persists we'll probably have to issue some kind of quick patch regardless of the status of the rest of the IXEG update. Laminar are not going to revert to older slower GL code to maintain compatability with our bugs. (IF that's what it turns out the root cause is. I'm speculating in the open right now.)
  7. Are you using 11.20 beta? Second thread with this issue;
  8. Do you have a folder called X-Plane/X-Aviation/ ? The log indicates Gizmo is attempting to create it... Please upload GIzmoLog.txt as well...
  9. You need to file bug reports in English. A native language Log file is useless. Try installing this; https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=48145
  10. It's more than " says ". It's hours upon endless hours of test flights doing curve fitting against performance profiles. Now, you can either post a long series of cross correlated test flights and prove us wrong, or you can take our much more experienced word for it. 2017, Year of the " Opinion ". They don't apply here. Bring facts.
  11. Delete the file X-Plane / X-Aviation / marker.1 Restart sim or reboot gizmo... Refresh licenses. Sorry for the hassle.
  12. I've added; ixeg/733/autopilot/HDG_bug_inc_1 and ixeg/733/autopilot/HDG_bug_dec_1 Functionality as requested. Can't comment as to when it will be available for download but it's in the code... Thanks for your support..
  13. Try this one: sim/cockpit2/autopilot/heading_dial_deg_mag_pilot I've personally used it for hardware integration with a GoFlight unit that we used at an FSCon(16?) for a few days with no issues. Should work just fine.
  14. Are you using an SSD (Solid State Drive) or more traditional hard drive?
  15. Turth is we like talking about stuff too. It builds enthusiasm and our own energy. Problem is 2017 was the year of the Internet Troll. A small % of people can be excepttionally good at making life crap for developers. And thus we go radio silent. Thanks for your enthusiasm for our products. We appreciate it.
  16. The difference between gritty one on one with your developers and faceless mega corps with PR departments who don't actually give a shit about you beyond ad-rev comes down to this;
  17. Perhaps you have simply worn out our patience with your endless requests for perfection when it was made clear from the outset that there are limits and you'll have to live with them. You keep nit-picking the product and recieving the same basic reply: "There are technical limitations. We all have to live with them." Here is your earliest thread, which was addressed with due consideration and respect.
  18. An oversight would be clicking Agree 50 times in a row without reading or understanding the EULA. An error I would have sympathy for. A claim that you did not understand the implications of the word "FREEZE" and the phrasing and multi-step process in which it is presented is somewhat less believable.
  19. Your expectations of photo realism from a gaming product are unrealistic. The technical limitations have been repeated to you over a period of months. Would you buy this and complain about artifacts and non-suitability for 4K broadcast work? No.
  20. Please explain which parts of this text are unclear; "Select ONE machine to de-authorize forever:" "De-auth and freeze this machine forever:" "Please type FREEZE to agree.." You were required to make an interactive agreement to this process. The digital equivilant of a signature. (Many forms online specify "Type your name to sign"...) It is very deliberately a multi step process that cannot be triggered by accident. Your assertion that you were "not aware of the process and finality of this" is clearly false. You don't seem to have any issues communicating in English so please explain to me how this process could have been any clearer. Related;
  21. Your passive agressive victim posts are getting tiring.
  22. Good to hear. Sorry you got caught in the anti-piracy web...
  23. Sounds like Gizmo is out of date. Easiest will be to delete; X-Plane 10 / Resources / plugins / Gizmo64.plugin then copy X-Plane 11 / Resources / plugins / Gizmo64.plugin into the XP10 plugins folder. Machine ID's should be identical across sim versions. It's generated from OS details. There was also a Gizmo update this year that changed how machine ID's are generated to minimize clashes. Hope that helps...
