Hi Peter, X-Plane does not seem to allow what you're seeking. It's been a longstanding issue for plugins like Maxx FX and multiple monitors.

You do need to have Gizmo left in your plugins folder. Can you confirm that? Posting a log file here would be useful too.

Easy way to test the theory would be to see what happens in OpenGL mode vs Vulkan mode.

Are you saying that X-Plane actually says it's set to medium? I haven't heard of it, but it's possible X-Plane is aware when it can be exhausted of memory and needs to correct the situation. That video card you have is quite old and not exactly strong by today's standards.

Gizmo is installed before the primary download occurs. Since your download initiates, to suspect Gizmo is the cause would be entirely false. You have a larger issue at hand. Gizmo isn't any part of it.

Whatever happens here is unique to your setup. We have thousands of installs happening a week and I do not ever hear of this. I really can't do much to help in that. I think last time you used some USB stick method. If you ever find out what it is on your setup that causes this I'd love to know.

Your log shows that the product is not activated, and the activation window is being presented to you. If you have a multi-monitor setup this may be impacting your ability to see the activation window.

This is not possible, sorry. That functionality will come for RealSimGear hardware. I'm not sure it will be extended beyond that.

Re-install the TBM.

Unfortunately this is an AMD drivers issue. There's not much anyone can do here about it. I do know Laminar has reported this to them, but it's fallen on deaf ears. Best you can do is make sure your drivers are up to date. It's most common on the 5xx series cards like you have from what I've seen.

In the instance of the TBM, it is recommended to do a complete fresh second install. The TBM scans custom scenery as well, and this can exacerbate issues. It's cleaner and easier to just do a one-click demo install.

There is an IXEG sound preferences window on the left screen menu. Have you used that?

You're missing the point. You have multiple items incorrectly installed and you will need to install a fresh demo of X-Plane as a second copy to test with, then install the TBM there. See if the crash continues. If it doesn't, slowly move plugins and scenery over till you find the culprit, and make sure you properly install add-ons you use (like plugins). It's not the case with your current install.
