  2. @lord_helmet Related to a file that didn't get copied over to the Cargo or Airborne variant. You can get around this by copying Annunciator_LIT.dds out of the passenger variant object folder, and overwrite the same file in the AEW and Cargo variants. We are fixing this up in the installer as well.
  3. Just knowing if that works for now. If it does, then there's something you're likely missing. It will outline each step it takes, so let's just see how that goes first.

  5. @maksimus1650 I note you are also running 11.41. This will not work with the Saab. You will need to update X-Plane and we can go from there.

  7. Some kind of a certificate issue between your computer and activation. Please try renaming the following file: X-Plane/resources/plugins/Gizmo64.plugin/firmware/assets/ca_store/cacert.pem To: _cacert.pem (adding the underscore). Let us know if you have any trouble after this. This would make it so your Windows OS certs are used instead.
  8. There's nothing useful in these logs beyond what you've previously provided in other logs. They don't point to where a crash occurred, just that it did. I suppose you could disable other plugins to see if it changes anything. Up to you though. For now, no need to bother with further reports unless you have something drastically new. Thanks!

All customers who have purchased the Saab 340A up till now have been sent an e-mail by X-Aviation with complete instructions on how to obtain your update. We have made this a very simple process! For those that purchase the Saab 340A from today forward, your purchased download will already be updated to version 1.6 for you. What if I didn't get the update e-mail? If you did not receive your update e-mail don't fret! X-Aviation has updated our system to allow all customers to update with ease, regardless of whether you received an e-mail for the update!   11. It's possible this is the issue. Unfortunately that is so old we don't even have a way to test for it any longer. X-Plane 11 was released in 2016. That's going on 5 years now.

  14. You're essentially having a CG issue. I don't know what you want him to "fix". He told you what to do.
  15. No, there are no plans for this.
  16. White clouds would be due to the presence of moonlight. SkyMaxx takes the moon phases into account when coloring things at night. Unless you mean you're seeing day bright white clouds at night? Otherwise, some white is expected and intended if the moon is present. You cannot adjust this.

  18. The image you have provided is clearly showing the enlarged text. Your computer is for some reason not properly making the change, but that IS what's happening here.
  19. As I suspected. Something in the rendering pipeline, and I have seen this with AMD cards before (Laminar is also aware of it, but till now still hasn't got it resolved). You can try altering your rendering settings and ensuring HDR is enabled. I don't know if xEnviro has options to turn cloud shadows off, but that may help too.
  20. I believe this is a known issue with AMD cards. Does it persist if xEnviro is disabled?
  21. I think you should lower it to something like 70. You can use the right mouse button held down and drag the mouse to see around the panel, as if your head is moving. This would allow you to see the panel. You could also setup numpad views, where pressing numbers on your numpad take you to sections of the plane. Move your "head" around with the right mouse as explained above, then use CTRL plus a number on your numpad, like CTRL + 1. Then, press W to go back to forward view. Now press 1 on your numpad and it should take you to the view you just saved. You can assign multiples of these views with your numpad keys. You can physically move around the cockpit/cabin with: q = Left head turn e = Right head turn Up arrow key = Move forward Down arrow key = Move backward Use shift and any of the keys above to make the movement faster. Always press 'W' to get back to your forward cockpit position. VR is not necessary.
