    Solved! I put the ultrawide into windowed mode and all appeared to come good.

    Make sure 14th stage pushbuttons are out, as well as the L & R pushbuttons on the 10th stage. All you need selected is APU LCV and ISOL. 14th stage should not illuminate with only APU running, please see diagram for reference.
