    All flight plan handling is done by the X-Plane default G1000 (X1000) therefore unfortunately can’t be improved by the Hot Start developer. Any such bugs should be reported to Laminar Research https://www.x-plane.com/x-plane-bug-report-form/

    Licensing is done per physical machine, so no special action is required to use X-Aviation products with X-Plane 11 and 12 on the same PC. Just sign into Gizmo for each sim as normal.

    I've been interested in this hardware too, thanks for posting! You may want to try the default X-Plane autopilot commands instead, they might work better.

    There's no way to have the co-pilot do all the actions in the checklists. While on the ground, before and after taxi it is the pilot's responsibility to perform most of the actions. This is how it is in the real world and that's what replicated in the sim. To "advance" the co-pilot through their actions or to confirm items in the checklists you use a keyboard or joystick button bound to CL650/checklist/check_item.

    What actually happened on co-pilot’s side when it wasn’t in FMS2 nav source? Did the ghost needles still show up? Nav2 auto-tuned? Did the switch to LOC2 happen? Etc.

    It just means engage VNAV, sit back, relax, and let the plane fly itself.

    Assuming it’s installed correctly, you’d have to be sure to run the sim via Rosetta.

    Glad you figured out the issue, the fact it was a multiple monitor setup was definitely key missing information. But changing the resolution and having a single render window that stretches across the entire desktop doesn’t sound like how one is meant to set up XP for multiple monitors. That’s the whole point of view offsets. But maybe I’m misunderstanding what you’ve done. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Remove all third party plugins except Gizmo and try again? No-one else has reported this problem.
