  1. I would like you to try 2 things. Disable Vulkan and run the sim in OpenGL mode. And also remove ShadeX. The other issue I see is that the log file is indicating you also have Reshade installed. If so, can you make sure all files associated with Shadex and reshade are removed (not disabled), and test again. Keep in mind, this is not a solution I'm proposing, but more of a process of elimination. Please post back results.
  2. I've sent your log to Saso, and he'll investigate further. I'll get back to you.
  3. That helps, but I also need the log.txt file. It's also found in your root folder. Something in your system is causing this, and I'm almost sure it's GPU in nature. It's actually the first time I've seen this issue since the TBM's release.
  4. If you're having crashes, can you start new threads. Almost always, the crashes are due to something different per user. Your crash may be similar to the OP. Are you running in windowed mode or full screens mode?
  5. Please post a log.txt file
  6. I would like you to try and run a test to eliminate any possibilities of another 3rd party add on causing the crash. Please download another copy of X-Plane into another folder (you can name the folder whatever you like), with no scenery and no plugins. Then install the TBM ONLY, and run a test flight on the same route as the instance when the crashes occurred. Try to replicate as much as you can, and then please post back with any crash reports, if there are any. If the sim doesn't crash, then it's definite that something else is conflicting with the TBM. We can cross that bridge after this initial test.
  7. Feel free. Any help from people with or without experience in any errors is most certainly welcome.
  8. It's something we confirmed by running some tests on our end, and then posting results and info on to Laminar. What we found was X-Plane was stuck in some kind of loop when loading the Saab at these airports.

  10. Running full screen on an AMD GPU MIGHT give you problems. If you are, can you try running Windowed mode, and see if the problem persists. If you are already running Windowed mode, and it still crashes, post back and we can go from there.
  11. Basically, the moving map and anything to do with navigation, including autopilot, is stock X-Plane. All the synoptics, specific to the TBM is custom.
  12. You could always just use the mouse.
  13. Are you running more than 1 monitor? Does this crash happen randomly, anywhere...or at a specific location? Are you running in windowed mode or full screen mode?
  14. The navigation section of the G1000 is all controlled by Laminars code. My suggestion would be to contact them, and provide as many details as possible about the problem, and hopefully they can organize a fix for this.
  15. It looks like it's the scenery causing the crash. Does this crash happen just at this location?

    New Airframe

The aircraft needs to be flown to you from the factory.
  19. I've forwarded this to Saso for further investigation.
  20. This is a definite sign that the trim linkage is broken. Most likely from a tail strike or the aircraft "dropped" onto the apron when you loaded it. Check the maintenance manager for airframe integrity.
  21. You have quite a few plugins loading, and any one of them could be conflicting with the TBM or with X-Plane. First thing to confirm is if the crash is happening at a specific location. If it is, it is very likely the scenery could be the cause. If not, what I would suggest is you download a demo copy of X-Plane, install the TBM into that, and test. If it doesn't crash (which it likely won't), start adding the plugins you have in your original X-Plane install until it crashes. I also have a Mac, and am having no issues.
  22. Already fixed and ready for the next update
  23. Which variant?
  24. We know there are issues. But "too many bugs for a successful release."?? I've seen much, much worse. Your opinion is a little harsh, in my own, honest opinion. Rest assured, we're working on fixing the known issues. All we ask is that people report them as they come across them. We don't really need to know how bad some people think it is. Those opinions are purely subjective, and if I was to be completely blunt and honest, and with all due respect, they do nothing to help us fix the issues that are present.
  25. We're still human beings, who sometimes miss things. Yes, it's a simple thing, but even simple things get missed. I sometimes forget what day it is. Not much is simpler than remembering the day.
