Please get back to me @SchwabeVR if the above post is what is happening to you as well.
  2. That might be it. I run X Plane in windowed mode. I can run it by toto and give him this extra information. I will try what you suggested and take it from there. Again, your patience is appreciated. We'll get it sorted out.
  3. Excellent. Glad to see you have it sorted. Enjoy.
  4. IIRC, this is one of the things that was broken in the last update, but will be fixed in the next update, due in a few days.
  5. I have a 980ti, and I'm only using the multi monitor set up to undock the displays and put them on my 2nd monitor. To do that, I use the nvidia control panel. I can drag the X Plane window across both monitors, but I prefer to use just my main monitor for X Plane and the 2nd monitor for other things. The image posted in my previous post was from another user in the Hot Start discord group. I can ask him what his specs are, if you like. This is my current set up. Both are 4K displays.
  6. We do support multi monitor set ups. Always have from the beginning. But trying to figure out why some people have problems and most don't, can be a little difficult. We ARE trying. And I can safely say it's not, as you suggest, everyone with multi monitor setups having these issues. I have two 4K monitors, and I have no issues. The image below was taken on a 3 monitor set up, and he doesn't have the problems you are describing. Some of our testers also have 3 monitor setups, and they had no problems. I can understand your frustration, but we need you to please be a little more patient. Posting more than 1 thread on the same topic won't get this issue fixed any sooner. This image was taken on a 3 monitor setup.
  7. We see all topics. No need for multiple threads. We can't respond to every topic.
  8. That's a limitation of X-Plane's lighting model. It doesn't really understand object occlusion when it comes to light casting. It simply uses surface relative angle.
  9. I can respect you have some hours in flying real aircraft, but you did mention that you flew a C182. A far cry from a single engine GA turboprop with a PT6. We had Jason Miller (co-owner of Foreflight) consult with us during development of the TBM (he owns the real one), and we received a lot of feedback from him on every aspect of the flight model. Here's a video of him taking his one on his first flight. Also, as a result of this being only a 6 seater turboprop GA, taking off with too much pitch will result in excessive P-Factor. Pitching up gently, reduces it. This has been demonstrated on numerous occasions. I can understand that maybe you (both) have some frustration in how it handles on the ground, but we can't change it if our real world TBM pilot tells us it's right. I have also watched several streamers flying this aircraft, and I can safely say, at least 3 of the 5 that I have watched have nailed the taxiing, takeoffs and landings when it comes to ground handling. One in particular is Grau Adler. (Josh Gibbs and Cirrusmax are the other 2) Here's a time stamped video of Grau Adler landing the TBM. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/334250069?t=01h18m33s My intention is not to turn this into a debate about ground handling. It's simply to re-iterate that, although you have many flying hours under your belt, we had a TBM pilot, who bought one for himself, to help us with anything and everything TBM related. Hopefully you can understand our position.
  10. Do you have anything assigned in some weird way to fuel cutoff in any kind of scripting add on or through the hardware set up screen. It's a little tricky to figure this out, because you are, literally, the only person experiencing this. This leads me to believe it's something connected to your hardware or your set up.

Can you post a screenshot of your Windows sound settings? Specifically, the window that tells us where the sound is coming from (hardware)
  12. I've brought this to toto's attention. Have you had a good look at all areas of the maintenance manager. He said you may have a blocked fuel line. Please check all areas of the maintenance manager and make sure they all say "As New".
  13. toto's trying to nail this one down. We've seen a few cases of this error.
  14. 1 more thing you can try before going to drastic measures. Check Circuit breakers, and make sure they're all in. If that doesn't work, exit X-Plane, remove all plug ins not tied to the TBM, then try again. Leave Gizmo in there as well.
  15. Can you try going into Output/TBM900/state and delete the ".airframe" file there. Then reload. You'll lose your airframe, but it will likely fix the problem. This is down to how Windows timestamps its files.
  16. Please post Log.txt

Just a couple of things. Can you post a screenshot of your sound settings? And also, do you get this problem with any other aircraft? Would prefer you to check any 3rd party add on. The TBM doesn't use anything special with regards to sound, so the problem is very odd.
  18. Generator running? If it is visually on (indicated on the overhead and the MFD), can you check the maintenance manager to see if it's damaged?

Just a couple of points. 1. Can you please post your log.txt. 2. The TBM is not supported in any beta version of X-Plane. It's strictly a "Fly it in the beta at your own risk." But, again, post your log and we can take a look.

    What’s next?

Many thanks for your comment. The TBM has proven more successful than we had expected, so that, coupled with how well we worked together, I'd say we'll be doing something again. For now, toto is busy making a few more minor fixes to the code, while I make some more cosmetic changes. Then we need to work on the next big update, which will have a few more extras, which will be followed by a long overdue vacation for me and my family. Then we'll see where things take us. One step at a time.
  21. It's a known issue. Should be fixed for the next update. Apologies for the frustration.
  22. You're welcome. It still bugs me that some people are experiencing this, so we'll look into it some more. But it's definitely not common.
  23. I haven't seen this happening too often. I've been watching streamers have consistent fps as they stream flights lasting several hours. So I'm thinking this might be something else causing the fps drop.

    No sunvisors?

Very happy to see people, like yourself, thoroughly enjoying it. And many thanks for the positive comments.
