  1. dds vs png is a bit of a confusing topic for some. (Including me a few years ago) Here's the deal, in basic terms. dds textures load faster. png files load a little slower, but not by much, because CPU's today make small work of compression algorithms. So here are 2 images showing dds texture size and png texture size inside X-Plane (on disk). Pay particular attention to Fuselage_Rear.png and .dds What do you notice? X-Plane compresses png's.
  2. Very handy. Thanks for making this. Hopefully it won't be too much longer for the update.
  3. The official word from Ben Supnik is that Big Sur is "prrrrrrrobably safe to install..." with regards to X-Plane. With regards to other add ons, not sure. But I've had no problems so far.
  4. Check maintenance manager for broken trim linkages
  5. The dataref we use for the manual override is tbm900/controls/engine/emerg_power
  6. I've said it more times than I care to count. The update is coming. We are up to beta 7, and there is more in the update than just the airac fix.
  7. check the chosen output in the Better Pushback settings under the Plugins menu. Also, you will want the Radio volume slider in X-Plane's settings up.
  8. If no one else does this, I'll go through the list in this section and see if I can pump out a few repaints.
  9. Strive for greatness. Hand fly using the instruments.
  10. As long as you already have a current version, ask totoritko here, and if we need you, he'll hook you up..
  11. This is the workaround until the update comes out.
  12. Can you post a log.txt file.
  13. Did you turn on AP Trims?
  14. At this time, there is no way to assign a key to open the payload manager. In saying that, I'm not even sure it's possible to do it that way.
  15. That is an activation issue. Make sure you have an activated product and Gizmo is installed.
  16. Jump in the discord and ask "totoritko" if you can be a tester.
  17. I understand and appreciate that, but if we put out an update that fixes the ILS only, and then have everyone download that update, and chew up $$$$$'s worth of bandwidth, and THEN put out an update that addresses everything else, costing X-Aviation double the amount in bandwidth charges, you can see how this would not be economically wise. There are 2 outstanding issues that were fixed and are part of the latest beta, which got sent out last night. If all goes well, a full update, that addresses EVERYTHING, will be out in the next few days/weeks. And just to add, librain is now working under all operating systems.
  18. They'll be back.
  19. I showed this to Saso, and he is aware of this. It is getting looked into, and a fix should be coming.
  20. As far as the rolling, it's not something I have seen with other users. Keep an eye on it, though. And if it happens again, please post your TBM900_log.txt file. Regarding the crash, please post a log.txt file immediately after the crash and before reloading..
  21. That's a question for JRollon. And going by what I see of him on Twitch, he's all but quit X-Plane and now developing for FS2020.
  22. Is it across the board or at selected airfields?
  23. Check your maintenance manager. Particularly the trim linkages.
  24. I've responded to these issues, countless times. I'm not going to respond to them again. Especially with an attitude like yours. Use the search function. Change the attitude, and you may get a more pleasant and courteous reply.
