I believe they have a low VRAM version...? Not sure on that though. If they do not I would say the graphics card is too low but you never know...

Are you running 64-bit? As well could you screenshot your rendering settings - you have to tune them usually to get the best mix of performance/graphics. Another suggestion is clouds - keep the percentage low - they are frame-rate killers!
