  1. Hi Franz, We are looking into that, the G1000 reads data independently of that message, so it can be ignored.
  2. The configs can be grabbed from here: https://torquesim.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/sr/entegra/RealityXP_Configs.zip Make sure the default GNS 430 doesn't have a flight plan prior to using the RXP units as that has caused some issues in the past.
  3. @Normandee It appears that your Gizmo plugin hasn't been activated. In the popup Gizmo login window, make sure to sign into your X-Aviation account. If you aren't seeing the window, it could be due to how X-Plane handles multiple monitors. Disabling your secondary/tertiary monitors should prevent the window from being hidden.
  4. If you open Task Manager, what is your CPU % usage?
  5. Can you upload the files inside the aircraft / plugins/sr_systavi/settings?
  6. It looks like the Microsoft Visual Studio C++ Redistributable is missing. You can install it following the guide here: Steps to resolve plugins not loading (Error Code = 126)
  7. It looks like the Microsoft Visual Studio C++ Redistributable is missing. You can install it following the guide here: Steps to resolve plugins not loading (Error Code = 126)
  8. Hi Alexander, The coordinates are in pixels, where (0,0) is the bottom left of the primary monitor.
  9. I've got adding scroll wheel support on the popups on my list to look into.
  10. The G5 and autopilot have no connection to each other in the BN-2T that could lead to that. The log file appears to show loading the King Air 350, not the BN-2T.
  11. Note: we've been discussing via a support ticket, hence the lack of response here.
  12. Thanks, I'll take a look into it again
  13. We are still working through this one on what dependency is needed. We are targeting getting a fix for 1.0.2 at this time. We have an already finalized patch (1.0.1) that should be releasing soon, this will not have a change on the dependencies with Linux as we are still working on that fix.
  14. Automatic Popout position saving is tied to the RealSimGear plugin, manually setting the coordinates in the popups.cfg in the plugins/sr_systavi/settings file should work for position, though the commands will need to be triggered manually.
  15. Hi, Regarding 1+2 these seem like X-Plane and RealityXP issues that we can't address ourselves. RealityXP looks like it has a VR mode, I would check if you are perhaps on an old version of the RXP software. Regarding number 3, which knobs? The G1000 aircraft is a totally different aircraft series from this, or are you referring to the Entegra?
  16. In order to debug what is going on, we will need you to send us a copy of the X-Plane log.txt file. You can find a guide to get this file here: How to find the X-Plane log.txt file?
  17. Hi Darren, The Entegra is not equipped with a DME instrument, distance measurements would be found using the GPS units. It is common to use the GPS 2 unit to the desired DME point, then setting Bearing or AUX on the Entegra PFD to GPS 2, then you get the necessary relevant DME info.
  18. We can't replicate the knobs not working, can you show a screenshot or something demonstrating what you are talking about? Regarding popups, they will be centered at your mouse cursor upon release. You can move your mouse to target where you want the popup to show and then release.
  19. You can check your fuel filter, perhaps it is clogged
  20. We have updated RXP configs that should fix this: https://torquesim.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/sr/entegra/RealityXP_Configs.zip
  21. Yes, every two-way switch should have toggle, on, and off commands.
  22. Thanks for reporting, we have this message fixed for the first patch update. In the meantime, feel free to press "Understood" and ignore it, the issue that caused it is really minor and doesn't affect flight in anyway.
  23. I'm not sure what `SR22_switches_bat2` refers to in your code, but afm/sr/cmd/switches/bat1_Toggle and afm/sr/cmd/switches/bat2_Toggle are correct commands
  24. This seems to be a library dependency issue with some versions of Linux that we are working on
  25. I'm guessing this is probably behind the same issue that LR has been working on for months with AMD GPUs, it is worse on Windows machines, but happens with the Apple AMD drivers for some AMD GPUs on Macs. Can you send your log.txt?
