As far as I can tell, yes, free update for customers who purchased the IXEG 737 on or after February 7th, 2022. For customers having purchased the IXEG 737 on or before February 6th, 2022, the upgrade will be a paid upgrade of $14.95 USD.

We're all looking forward to the next patch for X-Plane 12

All we need now, is for X-Plane 12 to be a bit more optimised In the meantime, took out the 737 for a spin in X-Plane 11 - it's still holding it's own.

Quick Question: Will we be able to use both the X-Plane 11 and 12 versions on the same machine? I'm guessing different license keys for the X-Plane 12 version if you are upgrading from 1.33? Thanks in advance.

I also think it's only fair that Tom does more than his fair share of work on other X-Plane projects behind the scenes too. Hats off to you.

Maybe try deleting the prefrences file.

Did you disable your anti-virus software when installing? Looks like some textures were not installed.

Hello Mogens, If you submit a new ticket with the same issue as the first one, it pushes it further down the queue. Best policy? Wait on the first one to be replied to, and don't open a second (or third) ticket for the same issue. All it does is move it further down the queue.

Only submit 1 ticket, as submitting again will put you at the bottom of the queue. Did you at any point update your OS and/or revert back?

If you update to a new WIndows version, Gizmo sees this as a different machine ID. eg Windows 10 1903 or 1909 to 2004.

For this to happen, you need to have had typed in the word FREEZE at some point. Did you upgrade a Windows version recently?
