  1. To be clear, I'm not making excuses, I'm giving explanations. X-Plane looks at the geometry of an object (fuselage, cockpit, windows) and determines how to bring light in. This is not something WE control. A stationair has high wings. I would expect things to be shaded a bit better, as sun angles can't get through the high wing to the window as easily, so I suppose that makes sense. Additionally, I do believe that G1000 is part of their custom, old XP10 coding, which was not optimized for X-Plane's rendering engine in v11. Nature of the beast. We can take a look, but on this one we can't make promises. X-Plane can be a little too smart.
  2. Sure is! Just want the official word there with the link to show we responded.
  3. Not every object (cockpit) and how X-Plane renders light is created equal. This has actually long been one of my X-Plane pet peeves. Cockpit sunlight angles just aren't great in general.
  4. Glad you guys are FLYING! Enjoy!
  5. This is X-Plane's lighting from the sun at play.
  6. Looking at your log, this is your issue: https://torquesim.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/topic/a7a12d04-db0f-4347-9a15-b232956f57b1/article/128188431
  7. This error is caused by large text pushing other info off of the installer screen. To fix this, please set your text size back down to 100% during install. You may learn to do this here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Make-the-text-on-your-screen-larger-or-smaller
  8. You're running X-Plane 11.41. As the product page states, 11.50 is required and is the root of your keyboard issue.
  9. I'm happy to hear you've managed to get in the air. We'll definitely resolve the issues that cause roundabout situations like this.
  10. Post your log.txt file.
  11. Sounds like you don't have Gizmo installed, which is required and included in the install of this product.
  12. We'll get it sorted out. These things can frustrate us as well. Thanks for sticking it through!
  13. Sounds like you're in the Mac camp? :
  14. That'll be an extra $10 please!
  15. Great shot!
  16. Running X-Plane 11.50 beta? It's required for the GCU to work.
  17. As the SR22 is released, this topic is closed and all posts should be re-directed here: https://forums.x-pilot.com/forums/forum/243-sr22-series/
  18. Re-name the download file to: TorqueSim_SR22 Series_1.0.zip
  19. What's the filename of what got downloaded?
  20. Screenshot would probably help me understand a little better. And, again, have an anti-virus?
  21. Yes, requires 11.50. Laminar added special items in it specifically for this aircraft.
  22. Tons of people on discord showing the installer in use. Definitely not corrupt. Anti-virus?
  23. Final update: Team has now finished files and is uploading them for store distribution. They need to be packaged up in installers and then release. Because of this, we are setting final release time to 3pm EDT (1900z). We wanted to get it out by 2, but the team got done with the file updates at 2, so we're on for 3 EDT. Just an hour away. If you're a Mac user, please see the following: https://forums.x-pilot.com/forums/topic/18686-sr22-series-mac-users-please-read/
  24. I have received word the team has requested additional time to niggle out a few extra items in 3D and FMOD revisions. We have also discovered a bug on the Mac side we are working out now. As such, we are pushing release time back two hours to 3PM EDT (1900z) to ensure we have a good experience for all.
