  1. This is by design. If you want them in the actual panel, the original 3D files will be required for the aircraft from the developer, and you'd need to know your way around 3D software to integrate it. You're better off asking the aircraft developer if they'd be willing to integrate it. You can learn more about 3D integration here: https://help.realsimgear.com/en/articles/5594557-realsimgear-g5-integration-guide
  2. The problem is you have improperly installed the G5 plugin. Your aircraft is located in: Aircraft/AeroSphere piper Warrior II v2 xp11/AeroSphere Piper Warrior II/PiperWarrior/ You selected the following for install: Aircraft/AeroSphere piper Warrior II v2 xp11/AeroSphere Piper Warrior II/
  3. It is normal for X-Plane to go into a frozen pause state during the activation process as it fetches a license from the web, but It'll eventually load up. EDIT: I missed your comment about pasting potentially causing the freezing. That's a new one to me and I can't duplicate that. Initially I read it as you giving your steps and thinking the activation process stalled while grabbing your license.
  4. This log suggests that there is no G5 installed into the aircraft. My guess is judging by your prior screenshot and this log, while the folders exist, the actual plugin does not and that you have some kind of anti virus that nuked the install. Is there actually a plugin in that win_x64 folder shown in your screenshot?
  5. Hi there, So, a little bit of confusion here. Your log.txt showed you open the vFlyte Piper and the G5 was loaded there. For this Aerosphere one, I don't see a load. In your screenshot I see the folders for the G5, but is there actually a plugin in that win_x64 folder shown in your screenshot?
  6. Please show a screenshot of your Plugins dropdown. The log file shows the plugin is loaded.
  7. In X-Plane, under the Plugins menu bar option you should see the G5 listed. From there you can select popups. If you're for some reason unable to see that, please post your log.txt file from your X-Plane folder.
  8. There's nothing showing wrong with your account, and your link is definitely assigned the proper file.

  10. There's honestly a lot of pride in what we do in development by matching what's in the real world. What you do as a simmer is on you though. As developers, we don't try to stray far away from reality since that's actually what most of the consumer market does desire. Of course, that varies by developer on some other stores though.
  11. While it could be done, I'll add that the G5 is not certified for such an aircraft type. It's intended and certified for small piston aircraft.

  13. Hi @Piperboy51, Just to make sure we're on the same page: 1. The initial G5 installer requires you to point the install location to your main X-Plane folder, not aircraft folder (I'm going to assume you did this). 2. The G5 Aircraft Installer can be pointed to any aircraft of your choosing. This installer is located in your X-Plane/G5 Aircraft Installer folder. 3. Installing the G5 via this method does not suddenly give you a 3D implementation of the G5 on your panel. It will give you a 2D popup option via the X-Plane menu system up top. If you were aware of the above and still can't get the 2D popups for the G5 to show, please attach your log.txt file from your X-Plane folder.

  15. @Bee You will need to re-update your license. Please consider a re-install of the product and see how you go from there.
  16. Hey @Ch.Cole! Thanks for being willing to test the newer Gizmo. Sounds like a potential bug. @Ben Russell will need to be the one to investigate that with you. If you are in a pinch you could revert back to the global retail plugin in the meantime.
  17. Yes! Look for some news very soon.
  18. The person you responded to was not replying to what you posted.
  19. Try removing this and see what happens: D:\Juegos\Steam\steamapps\common\X-Plane 11\Resources\plugins\124thATC64
  20. Ah. For the time being this is not planned. We have many things we want to get to before additions like this. Maybe one day, but not anytime soon compared to something like VNAV work.
  21. None planned at the moment. It's still one of the nicer cockpits out there.
  22. You can already do this by a preference setting in the IXEG menus. It's been there since the beginning.
  23. Getting the product even working and offered to customers for use in X-Plane 12 is priority. At the moment it can't even do that. I suggest you read the following post for the rest of your question on the "why" to be answered: https://forums.x-pilot.com/forums/topic/26540-ixeg-737-classic-for-x-plane-12-announcement/?do=findComment&comment=190721
  24. This will not happen.
  25. Yes, just as it is now. It's honestly irrelevant since had the IXEG even been feature complete in our eyes, it would not have worked in 12 at all. Literally not flyable. As it stands, because we felt things weren't feature complete where we wanted them, this mostly worked in your favor here. Had we considered things fully feature complete, this upgrade price would be much higher. We took that into account when thinking about the pricing. It really was a gesture, because what you're really paying for here is the port to 12 cost. Think $34.95 or more had it been the other way around. So, you can be sour if you want, but my personal opinion (and it's only mine), is that's rather petty given the situation and development cost involved.
