Hello, Daniel, The answer is 'yes' to all of your questions.
-
That's not so, unless you clarify double cargo doors as such. Steven's representation is relatively accurate, though this does not mean that every single aircraft had such a configuration or that passengers always boarded through the back (though most all passenger variants did this, and as such most photos represent this). Goran has given his explanation on this. There's a great paintkit included if you'd like to artificially paint your own on!
-
Thanks, Vance!
-
But those that do have them are not the same variant as this one. So regardless of whatever some others may have, this one does not.
-
Traditionally through air stairs hooked up to the front doors.
-
Hi, Pat, The issue here is your very outdated operating system. 10.6 is necessary to run this product.
-
At this time, no. Are you wanting to make it so just the text doesn't appear, or so you can fly without the failure in general? Thanks!

Take Command! CRJ-200 Version 1.4.5 Update Released!
Cameron replied to Cameron's topic in Canadair CRJ-200
Hi, Andy, Please see your private messages here on the forum. -
There is such a line of text, as well as a warning, though I believe you must be in the cockpit to see it at this time. Will consider a reset.

Take Command! CRJ-200 Version 1.4.5 Update Released!
Cameron replied to Cameron's topic in Canadair CRJ-200
Andy, We do not have access to such records here. This forum is for X-Aviation customers only, and we do not have any record of a CRJ sale for you. -
Hi, Rex, No release date in mind, but our nose is in deep with the Saab right now. We've taken this opportunity to actually re-do the UV mapping some more, as well as the coding. In the end it makes a better product for everyone! We'll have some screenshots to show this progress soon!

Hello, Edwin, This limit has now been upped to allow you more space.
-
This is not user changeable, as the displays are custom coded and not controlled by X-Plane/Plane Maker. It is hardcoded into the plug-in.

Take Command! CRJ-200 Version 1.4.5 Update Released!
Cameron replied to Cameron's topic in Canadair CRJ-200
I'm not sure where you got along that the sounds were changed. We're talking about flight model and aircraft definition changes to make the sequence/numbers of happening items more realistic. The sounds have not been adjusted in months, nor were they announced as such. Glad to see you were able to adjust them to something that you personally like though! -
You're order shows you purchased after the patch was released, so your original download after purchase is up to date!

Still cannot get DC-3 A/P to Engage?
Cameron replied to jagipson's topic in Douglas DC-3 (no longer in use)
You can, though I'm not sure it would be quite as effective. This is a very simple test that should only require you to test once just to see if we have a plug-in conflict. The files you need to remove are in X-Plane/Resources/Plugins. The only plugins that should remain in that folder for this test are the one's I listed in my previous post. -
Still cannot get DC-3 A/P to Engage?
Cameron replied to jagipson's topic in Douglas DC-3 (no longer in use)
Hi, there, The only other thing I can think of is a possible plug-in conflict here. Can you temporarily move all plug-ins with the exception of: shrink-wrap, gizmo, and plugin admin to a backup directory and then try again in sim? Should be a quick drag and drop for your plug-ins to test this... -
Still cannot get DC-3 A/P to Engage?
Cameron replied to jagipson's topic in Douglas DC-3 (no longer in use)
Hi, there, First off, yes! We will always be happy to assist you in a reset. You can contact us for such issues here: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php We are usually very quick to respond to such inquiries...usually minutes. As for this issue, can you please state what happens when you click to engage the autopilot? I had a customer write in yesterday with the exact same problem. Oddly enough, he quit X-Plane and restarted it and all went back to being well. -
Floats verison has default XP engine sounds
Cameron replied to Ntr09's topic in Douglas DC-3 (no longer in use)
Patch released. 13.7MB...will only work so long as you have not altered the files already yourself! Please see: -
Hello, Folks, We have just released a patch for the sounds. In short, the sounds have worked just fine on the land version of the aircraft, but not the floats. This is due to a last minute decision in combining the floats with the wheels aircraft version and was strictly a naming issue. Unfortunately, the naming convention changes when this is done, so a few files escaped us. This small (13.7MB) patch will fix this issue for you. Hello, all, This will serve as a formal forum announcement that we have released the version 1.4.5 update for the Take Command! CRJ-200. All customers who have purchased the CRJ-200 up till now have been sent an e-mail by X-Aviation with complete installation instructions on how to update your product. We have made this a very simple process! For those that purchase the CRJ-200 from today forward, your purchased download will already be updated to version 1.4.5 for you. What if I didn't get the update e-mail? If you did not receive your update e-mail don't fret! X-Aviation has updated our system to allow all customers to update with ease, regardless of whether you received an e-mail for the update! Here's what to do: 1. Login to your X-Aviation account here: https://www.x-aviati...talog/login.php 2. View your past order history invoice that contains the CRJ-200 purchase on it. 3. At the bottom of the invoice you will find a blue highlighted link to your update that says: "Take Command!: CRJ-200". The new installer will detect whether this is a new install, or if you already have any CRJ-200 version installed. Depending on your current situation, the installer will run through the appropriate paths with you, including uninstalling all unnecessary items from the previous version! Your liveries/downloaded paints will be safe in this process! There are some important fixes and requests implemented in this update. The following is a list of additions/fixes included: - Added the English and German manual addendum PDFs, explaining the FMS differences to previous (pre-1.4) versions - A slight change in the aircraft definition to make the engine start more realistic - Missing fixes in the Windows version As always, thanks for being a customer with X-Aviation. We appreciate your feedback and support! Enjoy these latest updates, and stay tuned to the forum as we continually announce the latest happenings.

The fix has been uploaded. If you are experiencing the issue as specified above, simply re-downloading the DC-3 from X-Aviation and re-installing will solve this issue.

You're welcome!

When loaded up into X-Plane the aircraft will request two things of you: 1. Your X-Aviation customer account e-mail 2. The password you set up for your account on X-Aviation After doing so, the product will check with X-Aviation's server to see if you have a valid purchase for the product. If so, a license that is tied to the specific computer it is activated on is then downloaded to the aircraft folder. Should you have a harddrive failure, buy a new computer, etc. re-activation is as simple as just previously stated without the need to contact customer service. If a product is continually being activated on NEW hardware (as it stands you are granted multiple licenses as some people have multiple computers) it may catch this and have you send a message in at this point to get further hardware licenses granted/reset. The system will automatically allow you an unlimited number of re-activations on the same hardware it has issued licenses to. This software does not "phone home" to our server without you initiating the process (by way of entering your customer account details and pressing 'activate'). In the DC-3 a number of instruments, systems, and autopilot will not be available to you in a non-activated state. All things considered it's pretty non-invasive when compared to what most are typically used to. We are quick to respond and help out, and our license system is double backed up by Google servers in the event our server is not working at that time.
