Six months since release and I just want to say this TBM 900 is hands down my all time favorite plane in X-Plane. It has a place in my heart reserved for the absolute crème de la crème. Two decades of flight sim and I'm constantly amazed at the levels developers rise to. Keep up the superior work!

I AM using Real Weather Connector - and WAS using the "always" mode. I have uninstalled both RWC and Skymaxx 4.8. Then re-installed both. I have set RWC to "Automatic" instead of "Always" - and now the problem has gone away. So I guess it was your advice that worked. Thanks. Everything is working fine now.

Well... I'm glad myself. As I did not like the 4.7 version that much because of some downsides (4.8 fixes all of them) I was messing around with other concepts and tried my own clouds system but I never get this feeling of correct clouds placement, feeling for the distance and position of the clouds in the air I always experienced with SkyMaxx Pro. I don't know what's the magic here but SMP is the only cloud concept (not only in the X-Plane space of things but globally) giving me this kind of volumetric feel. Performance is fine since the 4.7 performance boost, not the fastest available (modified default clouds even with high res textures are slightly faster) but very close. :-)

When things calm down a little bit, I'll get around to finishing the XP11 version.
