  1. Version 1.0.0

    117 downloads

This is a repaint based on N940BN, a TBM 940. One video, recorded during a flight of the N940BN, can be found here; There are limited pictures of this livery so I had to use some artistic licence. The registration is painted to the airframe therefore this livery is not suitable for thoses who want to use your own livery (I do plane to upload another version for users to add their own registration). ***To Install*** Copy the folder 'N940BN' to your X-Plane 11 folder \Aircraft\X-Aviation\TBM-900\liveries Version 1.1 The black spinner is now within the aircrafts object folder. The folders 'Black SPinner' and Back Up Original Spinner' are no longer required. Happy flying Paul

  2. After doing some tweaks, specifically regarding an issue with my FPS, all is ok now. I made four flights since yesterday and I have to say that it is the best aircraft I have in X-plane. Yes there are a certain numbers of high quality aircrafts but this one is very complete. It depends for sure what you are looking for. I have all the main complex aircrafts for X-plane, fan of business jets. I have the new Phenom300 from Aerobask, but the feeling I have with this SR22 is unrivaled. The Avidyne suite is really well done and fully realistic. Flight model is perfect. You really need to take care of all the parameters which are all fully functional. The maintenance section is fully functional as well. Routing checks, Inspection for all the main part of the aircraft is simulated etc... Look at some videos on youtube and you will see how the panel and functions are close to the reality. This aircraft is a must to have for people who wants to learn to fly but also to do nice and complex VFR flights. I am only flying IFR (Vatsim included) and it is a very immersive experience. (SID, STAR are included within the PFD & MFD) This is a real flying experience so far. I am not working at TorqueSim, but I have a PPL and flight simmer since 1982. Thank you TorqueSim team !

  3. I think it was a good idea to disable all plugins I don't need for testing. For me, the plugin RealViewNext probably caused the inconsistent fps. After I deactivated it, the SR22 runs without frame drops.

  4. Yes, every two-way switch should have toggle, on, and off commands.

  5. I just finished my flight. Quite ok with the FPS. Small freezing. It is a super aircraft, congratulations, you made a very “VERY” nice job. It is the best GA aircraft for Xplane11 so far. A must to have. (even if my issue is a bit frustrated)

  6. Switched on Hyperthreading: Works like a charm at 47 fps (only sometimes minute drops in fps which is way better than before). Thankyou very much Coop. Btw i love the SR22 (i have the SR22 G1000 and Entegra aswell as the SR20 G1000 and i will get the SR20 Entegra too)

  7. This afternoon I had a pleasant flight to EGNX using OrbX scenery. The BN2-T from TorqueSim loaded with some goods and one passenger proved to be a reliable workhorse. The weatherconditions managed by ASXP and displayed by SkyMAXX Pro 5.1 were nice and a bit challenging due a relative high wind speed near the ground. The sun breaks through the clouds, creating nice shadows in the cockpit. ShadeX contributes to the great atmosphere. I am a happy pilot.

  8. Cool new update... The performance improvements are quiet significant, I wondered how the new default cloud draw area of 40000sm would work but it's indeed working pretty good, I have never used higher settings like this before so the experience was very impressive while keeping good performance. @sundog@JohnMAXX@Cameron Great job once again, thank you very much. :-)
