  1. It looks that I've found a solution to permanently show (and hide) mini-EHSI pop-up window. For me personally it will be very useful when going through LEGS page while planning a flight. Take a look how it works. Here is the script - have fun!

  2. Hi Javier, yes, this discrepancy is due to the missing reflections - they will be added in 1.21. Note - however - that the reflections in XP10 were a custom solution with a fixed "reflection image map". The reflections in XP11 are real reflections, so the effect will vary. Cheers, Jan

  3. As Jan and Morten just told in another post, it aint any set values for this on the 733. It depends on the configuration by the airline. But Jan also told they used following weights for his airline. So that is a good start. Jan's numbers: Max Taxiweight: 57830 kg - 127 493 lb Max Takeoffweight: 57600 kg - 126 986 lb Max Landingweight: 52600 kg - 115 963 lb Max Zerofuelweight: 49450 kg - 109 018 lb DOW: 32 831 kg - 72380 lb (From the aircraft model file) Max Fuel: 16085 kg - 35 461 lb (Max fuel you can set in X-Plane for this aircraft)

  4. Spooky, As you can see in your screenshot, if you hover the mouse over the area you can see the command appear. This problem comes from the way I coded the commands before the new XP v11 UI was available. We won't be changing this for the current version of the Saab, but it will get fixed in v2. Use the mouse hover technique until v2 is available,

  5. Yeah - I added a "feature request" for landing lights to light up clouds with LR, but of course they are aware of this. I doubt that much development will go into the weather engine at this point, though. I hope for a big "remake" just like everyone else, but probably not in the XP11 run. But I am just as clueless as the next person on their plans. If a weather-addon adds this effect - kudos to them. But polling the correct (better yet ALL external lights) is in their court, then. Cheers, Jan

  6. Ok, this has been going in circles long enough so I am closing it. Obviously both of us had some blame in why we ended up here. Should you reconsider and take Jan's advice and give this a fresh constructive start, feel free to do so in a new topic

  7. Happy New Year to you too gmargodt! Very happy to hear that the aircraft brightens your day a bit! Over the years I've found that this hobby is a great way to escape from what reality throws at you sometimes, and I've seen it has helped other designer friends get through difficult personal times in the past. Hang in there, and and best wishes that 2018 will be a better year for you with more blue sky! M

  8. Thanks for everyone´s input - your concerns are duly noted and also shared by me. It pains me every day that I testfly our 737 that it is not complete yet, and I have to be patient and wait for the other team members to have time available as well. I KNOW that our plane is worth 75$ - even in its present state with some aspects unfinished. I find the statement "FMC is nowhere to being really useable" a bit of an exaggeration. I flew the 737 classic around Europe for 10 years and I could have done it easily with the state the FMC is in now. The thing I miss the most is the progress page, its just too convenient to know when you will arrive and how much fuel will be left...holds, pbd, offsets, abeam positions, VNAV descent restrictions - don´t get me wrong, but missing these is not making the FMC "unuseable". I know that many customers can not understand the care and detail we put into simulating the systems (electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, pressurization, ice+rain, flight controls, landing gear,...), the flight-model, sounds, textures, autopilot modes, etc - simply because they don´t care to explore that aspect of the aircraft and/or don´t know the real aircraft to make an educated comparison. Just as Morten said - we are painfully aware of the fact that work remains to be done and are working on improving our product right these days. Cheers and happy landings, Jan
