Happy Easter to everyone! I was very thankful today when I checked XPFR and they had recently updated their Dassault Rafale C. Be sure to check it out!4 points

Fallen a bit behind on my photo library, so here's just a few that I really like. The approach into Toronto Pearson is so awesome. ... and departing from and arriving at Vancouver is just breathtaking from any direction. So happy that I finally debugged all conflicts with my CRJ. No more obnoxious crashes! Landing at Montreal Trudeau Using the Realistic Skycolors for XPX by Abdullah Almuntassir in conjunction with SkyMaxx Pro --> AWESOME. I am so fast using English which is my second language that sometimes I am having a hard time understanding what I wanted to say.. Great news John on SkyMaxx Pro development direction, thank you. I pretty much can not imagine flying without SMP anymore, really. Cheers, AJ2 points

I certainly don't doubt it that this is a problem with another plugin. In fact, I believe XSB64 is a prime candidate. I'm currently on a 6 hour leg using XSB with OQ set to "Med". We'll see how it goes. BTW, the lost connection to server is a result of running XHSI on another computer on my network. XHSI doesn't play well with B777 Worldliner FMS and I forgot to shut it down before the flight. Nano.1 point

Wind is still bound to the cloud layers........if you are manually setting up a wind layer make sure it is within the cloud layer to see them move and morph...... i.e. make sure the wind is at the appropriate altitude.......1 point

Would you say you support piracy? Blu FX simulates the MAXX FX Experience right down to the themes, this is piracy plain and simple..... Ill be honest with you I am not afraid of competition, its good for the health of my products, but this is an attempt to undermine our efforts and not an effort by someone who wants to help extend X-Plane..... If all I wanted from X-Plane was to fly GA aircraft you are saying I shouldn't have to pay for it since it does much more than that?1 point

OK, so downloaded Oslo (just the city), and generated it in both OSM2XP and W2XP, switched sceneries without reloading X-Plane, and also I don't use HD-Mesh, or even photoscenery, and I'm using the stock Bell 206: OSM2XP Default Settings - 17.95fps W2XP Default Settings - 15.83fps OSM2XP Default Settings - 15.70fps W2XP Default Settings - 12.39fps Point being, a) my laptop is rubbish ;-), and secondly, considering W2XP is also generating roads, using real objects, placing trees, generating multipolygons, a 2fps difference is to be expected and good, and nowhere near your "100fps - to 30fps" that you reported.1 point

Left the Freeworld livery for a bit to fly through some of my favourite 757 liveries (finally bought the FF757... )... Also because we don't have one... yet... Yes I know Northwest never had any 757s with winglets. So shoot me.1 point

This update doesn't reflect all the work that's been done over the past few months. There's quite a bit of other work that I'm excited to show but I'd like to get a few more parts completed before I make some renders in order to show a more complete picture of how things are looking. It's definitely time for an update though! I added the final details and adjustments to the pedestal recently so here's a few renders! Hope you enjoy, and don't hesitate to let me know if you think there's something wrong! Cheers!1 point

The bash script that adds that line looks like this: for f in *.pol; doecho -e "\r\nSURFACE asphalt" >> $fdone Just tested on my MacOS machine in office. When I'm at home, I'll download win-bash and will try if adding the line to the .pol files has an effect.1 point
