  4. My bugs are seemingly worked out now thanks to Gizmos new error console. I have to put the Moo through a comprehensive series of tests though...and have my beta guy do the same also so that'll eat up some days. No time frame, but its being worked on again now. So far it's looking pretty good. TomK

  5. update. Our tech testing with x-aviation is done and worked flawlessly. The ball is now officially in my court to clean up a few loose end code issue that the new gizmo brought to light. It's on me to fix these small issues and then we'll work on the new distribution package with XA. The vaporware is starting to condense. TomK

  7. Looking good! notes for improvement: all the bars between the windows should be parallel (the edges of window 1 and 2 aren't parallel and are a bit too far apart)the foremost windshield should be largersecond foremost should be longer, but shorterthird windshield is too bigalso, note in the attached photo, the top and bottom of the entire windshield isn't a parallel line, the windshields get smaller and smaller, with the first two being level on the bottom, but not on the top, and the third one being much smaller than the rest.the first two windshields are slanted downwards, the third is horizontalStill, it's going well thus far, keep up!

  8. Yeah i see what you mean in this pic you can see that the 2nd and 3rd frame is a bit to thick and the middle looks about right maybe a bit to big. I will fix the rounded area right now cause i see what you mean!

  10. For those of you following the development of this release, I can assure you there is a lot going on with NorCal. Here is an overview of what has been done over the past few weeks: All the NorCal terrain has been redone, and all 300+ airports have been visually reviewed and updated.I've worked with Ben Supnik to get a few bugs fixed in the software that Laminar provides for the terrain generation. This is now complete and the software has been producing great terrain output. The programs to flatten the airports and remove elevation inconsistencies have been totally re-written, and the new flattening has been incorporated into the NorCal scenery.Much improved terrain definition is now used in this upgrade to NorCal.Every airport has been loaded in the simulator to make sure that it visually matches the underlying imagery, and that the airport is free of any elevation inconsistencies. This has been a very time-consuming process, but necessary to identify airports that needed updating. Many revisions and updates to the airports have been done. I'd estimate about 20% of the ICAO/FAA identification codes have changed. Many of these are for smaller, private airfields, but there are several changes to larger airports as well. Many airports have had upgrades to there layout including runways, taxiways, and ramp/apron areas. There are only a few scenery areas remaining, so I hope to have everything completed very soon, then uploaded to X-Aviation.

  11. looks good! i'd recomend rounding out the wing box fairing, just the upper level of it (near the front), also, the frames of the windows appear a little far apart, though it's hard to judge based on the distortion of the lense in the screenshot. http://www.aeroporto.fvg.it/foto_ok/albums/GENERAL-AVIATION/2006_Citation_X_6.jpg

  16. I agree too. I like HDR on at night, but not during the day. Not sure why though, haven't really thought about it, but if we can come up with the "why" in specific terms, we could at least make points to Ben Supnik about it. TomK
