Greetings, I'm having a bit of a problem with my CL650. It's got a bit messed up so I'm trying to reset it to factory default cold and dark. I deleted all of the saved States and the only one that remains is the default but when I load it all of the outside components are already removed. How do I get it to a complete factory clean start please with pins, sensor covers and chocks in place?

Good morning, it looks like you are running several - potentially outdated, incompatible or unstable - plugins like Volanta, a Weather Radar, XPRealistic, XPilot, a touchdown recorder, and so on. There is also a long list of errors pertaining to the CSL aircraft used by the XPilot plugin... I also see that you are running this on a laptop with medium to low capabilities and have a lot of add-on scenery (like Ortho4XP, OrbX Innsbruck...), there are several messages about running out of memory . This is what I would suggest: Remove all third-party content to revert the X-Plane simulator to a "vanilla" state - i.e. the way it was when you first install it. Now install the 737 and see if it runs. If this works, you can install your other third-party plugins and content ONE BY ONE to see which ones causes the crash. Let me know if this helps!

The one on the glare shield? The ATS mode depends on what vertical AFCS (autopilot) mode is active (on FMA).

Hi there, I re-installed a fresh new XP-12 and CL650 but I deleted my joystick preferences, so I had to assign every buttons :/ I assigned the ATS pushbutton to a switch but when I use it (on the before TO CL), it indicates SPEED instead of N1 TO. I don't remember how I did in the past to configurate it correctly. What I am doing wrong ?

I purchased a license through my own X-Aviation account, but I’m having difficulty activating it on my computer. The activation system is indicating that my machine is already associated with a different account. The only explanation I can think of is that in the past, I helped a friend install X-Plane and add-ons on my computer using his account while I was testing out the setup. Since then, I have purchased my own license under my account, but it seems my machine is still linked to the old credentials. Would it be possible to reset or unlink my computer from any previous account association, so I can activate the product properly under my own account and license? I underestand you need time but its been 20 days since my first message and no attempt to contact me has been made, I've spend a large amount of money for this product just to get no respons. If this problem is not solved ill like to get my money back. Best reguards!

How do you refill the replentishment tank? My EFB won't come up.

OK this helped. Starting the CL650 in 2D and then switching to VR once it's fully loaded works, and holy smokes it looks GOOD in VR! So, there's probably an issue with that "Virtual FBO/Hangar" thing. Is there a way to disable it and load the plane like a normal X-Plane model? And if not could developers maybe release an update that would allow people to bypass the "hangar" completely and load directly into the cockpit? Pardon me for being blunt, but I don't think resolving technical issues between the product and the environment it was design to run in (X-Plane) should be in any way a customers problem. The developers should work with Laminar Research to fix the issues, and if all of the other models work just fine but your isn't - maybe that's an indication there's something wrong with YOUR product and not X-Plane.

I was able to use this system to refill the engine with oil, but haven’t been able to refill the replenishment reservoir. It says to the use the EFB, but that won’t activate. What is the best way to service the engine oil without accessing the EFB? The simulator is so accurate it won’t be long before this plane won’t be flyable unless I get this figured out.

What Pils said here. The sim itself is crapping its pants trying to load the model, long after our initialization is done and just waiting for the simulator to start rendering frames. Can you try loading into, say, the Cessna 172 and then loading the CL650 without exiting the sim? Alternatively, try loading in 2D and then switching into VR. Perhaps the X-Plane "VR hangar" is having issues.

Yes. Direct to the RX20 (assuming runway 20), then Execute- this pops up the VNAV magenta snowflake. *It works perfectly if you simply build and activate the Visual Approach as a primary flight plan.

And when should it appear? After activating the direct-to? Or as soon as the secondary flight plan is activated?

I don’t use Linux (for XP) nor VR however the log shows a crash in the core sim itself. Something that needs to be brought up with Laminar Research directly.

Hey guys, I just purchased the X-Aviation G5 Instrument app for Xplane.... I installed it where it said to install it (xplane folder) and now it loads the log in screen and I can select the C172 Aircraft with the G5 but when I go to fly, it crashed Xplane. Also I don't know how to uninstall the G5 instrument app now? I tried to just delete the folder but it's doing the same thing and keeps crashing Xplane now. I need some help guys. Thanks in advance for your assistance Mike
