  1. Patience, please. There’s another big update coming.
  2. Can you check if this file exists …/X-Plane 11/Aircraft/X-Aviation/CL650/plugins/systems/win_x64/systems.xpl ? I’m guessing your antivirus has blocked the install or loading of this code.
  3. Most likely you don’t have the Gizmo plugin installed or running. Please check your Log.txt.
  4. Can you provide screenshots so we can better understand the scenarios, please?
  5. Ah. Unfortunately that really only works with default/basic aircraft addons, not complex third party ones with custom systems like the CL-650. You’ll need to use the 650’s own state saving system via Airframe Manager.
  6. By what means are you saving/loading a “situation”? Can you provide a screenshot please?
  7. Doesn’t look to be directly related to using radios, more to do with the flight plan. Can you give the full route programmed into the FMS, what leg was active at the time, and what actions were taken exactly prior to the crash, please? Basically we need as much detail as possible, and if possible steps to reproduce. Thanks.
  8. (1) may be a bug insofar as it using the typed and not rounded value, but I seem to recall being told the rounded value was what happened in the real box. (2) & (3), again, I seem to recall being told this was correct. But I would have to confirm my memory isn’t faulty.
  9. Check the engine speed switches on the pedestal are in the ON position. And the breakers are all in. May have been inadvertently moved.
  10. Can you provide the full route, please? Can you also clarify exactly what edit(s) you made prior to the crash? Is this repeatable? Thanks.
  11. Simmers don’t verify their flight plan fully every time?? I’m shocked, shocked I tell ye.
  12. Assuming you’re talking about the CL-650, you’ll still need nav data from the current or previous cycle to use the FAA charts feature, such as that provided by Navigraph or Aerosoft.
  13. You have to use the Behringer software to set up the X-Touch to work best (at all?) with the plugin. https://mauer.github.io/xmidictrl/#/behringer_xtouch_mini
  14. @VirtualCPT, the person who wrote the plugin.
  15. That’s good to know. Can you reproduce the “stuck input” condition in the sim? It should handle it gracefully.
  16. Obviously the Moncton controller was willing though. I remember discussing it with Toto and he did it this way for whatever reason. Do you have an official source we can point him at?
  17. Can you provide screenshots with the “show click spots” option enabled please?
  18. It’s just the way Vatsim works I guess; when only Moncton is online they control Gander Domestic too. I’m not sure if that also means oceanic clearances can be done by Moncton if Gander Oceanic isn’t online too. But @oisin650 the Chally is sending to CZQX and not CZQO. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  19. VirtualCPT includes layers for the X-Touch Mini and they work perfectly for me, at least.
  20. Maybe you need to try range? The default is relative already.
  21. I don’t think so? I think it’s expecting the Vatsim controllers be signed into Hoppie as CZQX because that’s Gander in real life. I’ll ask the developer if they can add an option to override the station for “GANDER”. Maybe next time you could ask the controller why they’re using Moncton and not Gander?
  22. There is a backtrace but it says the Nvidia driver crashed not the CL-650. :-(
  23. Can you go on http://www.hoppie.nl/acars/system/log.html and find your messages please? (As far as I recall OCEANIC CLX isn’t part of FANS CPDLC on the CL-650 so logging on wasn’t technically necessary, cool that’s it worked though.)
  24. Unfortunately you experienced the dreaded unexplainable VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST crash. Something in X-Plane’s rendering engine or the graphics driver had an issue and interrupted the program flow enough to cause the crash. It’s a known issue with the Vulkan rendering mode, as such if you reported it to Laminar Research they’ll just tell you to use OpenGL instead. Hopefully things are improved in X-Plane 12 (because there’ll be no more OpenGL fallback option!). If it happens repeatedly you could try removing all third party plugins (except Gizmo which is required for the CL-650 to operate) and/or reduce GPU burden within X-Plane graphics settings and close any external programs you might be using while flying (Chrome, Volanta, etc.), but it’s a shot in the dark.
