Yes, the logo light is functional and illuminates around the top 3/4s of the tail. Make sure HDR is enabled in your graphics settings.

Hello Bernado, I recommend doing a full power down of the aircraft and upon restart cycle the FMC (IDX -> STS -> Cycle Nav Databases). This should clear out any errors that are originating in the FMC. If this does not work I recommend ensuring that there are no failures triggered. Let us know how you get on. Best regards,

Thanks POM, I tried a 1000ft save today and didn't have this issue so possibly is fixed for 1.2 but I'll repro a few more times just in case.

The door won't magically open when you pull out the handle. You must rotate it and then pull down on the top of the door. At the end of the flight, make sure to give it a good push, clicking or pushing for a second won't be enough to open it. KR

Sounds like you don't have an altitude selected. Without an altitude selected the airplane will climb in pitch mode only. KR

To be honest, 12 seconds isn't a very long time. Acceleration cannot be applied to a key like it can be applied to a scroll wheel.

The 650 does not obey "the law of X-Plane" - it obeys the laws of physics. The entire systems simulation occurs outside of X-Plane, only the flight model, weather, visuals etc. are dependent on the base simulator. There is something else going on there, check out Plugin Admin to see what's actually slowing you down.

I think my response has been misunderstood. Quick turnarounds and fuel stops are a thing (obviously). Flying multiple sectors with different pax each time like an airline is not. No need for "doubt" memes and piling on here. Keep it professional please, "dlrk". KR

Hello, Typically corporate jets will not turnaround quickly and take new pax like an airliner would. After pax are offloaded at destination the airplane is either positioned empty or shut down for the night. KR

Hello, Unfortunately this isn't really a Challenger issue - this is an issue with the machine you are running your simulator on. There are minimum requirements for X-Plane 11 and minimum requirements for the Challenger 650 that must be abided by. The real time aspects of the Challenger are not designed to run at 5fps and especially not for a 10 minute freeze (this is not normal - something is wrong with your scenery perhaps?) Kind regards

Hello Paul, unfortunately a firm ETA cannot be offered at this time. All efforts are currently focused on pushing the first update out over coming days. Once the update is out and everything is stable work may progress on the paintkit.
