For the nullzone the Dataref editor can be used to set a custom nullzone (it must be re-set after each calibration of the rudders however), XP11.05r2:

It sounds more like the way XP11 depicts passing through clouds, it is like cockpit filling with fumes.... Were you passing through a cloud? Sent from my VKY-L29 using Tapatalk

Actually navdata changes the localizers but it is not always for good. I've been agonizing for almost a year with Navigraph about the localizers of LBSF. Finally they changed the data to match the AIP and the newly developed scenery. But at least on two occasions they broke the ILS approaches after reverting back to the old localizers coordinates. So, navaids coordinates might not match sceneries. Usually there is a good match between default navdata and default sceneries. Default navdata is manipulated on purpose to match the default sceneries even if the sceneries are not well aligned with real data. Navigraph also prefers to match the default xplane sceneries when it comes to navaids, so if you are using a payware one you might be in trouble. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

3) often reason would be incorrect coordinates of the localizer in the nav data, i. e. navdata is not corresponding to the scenery. So, the invisible localizer in the sim would not be where it should be in relation to the rwy. Sent from my VKY-L29 using Tapatalk

I am so grateful for that. The variable (fast rotating) wind madness in xp (came in 10.41 maybe) should really be put to an end. I have shown with videos to other users (tried reporting it to LR as well) how unrealistic is to have big jets behave as roller coasters in 5-7 kt variable wind, but never succeeded. People just wanted fun and "turbulence", and were so happy to experience dutch roll they couldn't get in fsx. A friend of mine once told me that when he sees the letter "v" in the metar he either cancels his flight in vatsim or changes the simulator. I hope you, as professional, will be heard by Austin and s.th. good will come out of this. Thank you! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I think he means this:
-
I sent a support request on the day after 1.2 was out, but the developer hasn't replied so far. Who knows, maybe he is on vacation. For some people it is summer now Sent from my VKY-L29 using Tapatalk

I really hope, you won't make them stronger. I showed this video - https://www.twitch.tv/videos/160083962 to a cousin who is also 737-300 FO and the first thing he saw were the finger prints with the reflections and he said that he always cleans them before flight and wants to brake the fingers of those who touch the displays
-
Am I then the only one getting those reflections ? Sent from my VKY-L29 using Tapatalk
-
I think the light source and viewing angle is what matters. But after all could you imagine what fun would be to fly if your displays were not usable all the time Sent from my VKY-L29 using Tapatalk

And here is another video showing that when you manage to get a direct reflection of the sun itself, not just a light on the panels, then you moving through the cockpit can give all those reflections:
-
It really depends on the angle of the lightening (and the viewing position in the cockpit). So, probably there is no bug, just you have to find the exact conditions to get those reflections. XP11.02r2, linux mint 18.1, GTX980Ti

Take Command! IXEG 737 Classic v1.2 Update Released!
mishaikin replied to Cameron's topic in General Discussion
Though this is a bug coming from XP11 itself, I think s.th. could be done as workaround in the plane to hide this visual annoyance: -

Another solution of the pushback in XP11 is to use this brand new and nice animated pushback plugin created by one of the users here (skiselkov) - https://github.com/skiselkov/BetterPushbackC/releases Here is a video demonstration of a pushback of 737 v1.2 with this plugin: -
[Temporary]IXEG 737 in X-Plane 11 How to get it work
mishaikin replied to partTimePilot's topic in General Discussion
Hi Ian, I noticed the same issue with "choking" while taxiing after landing in XP10, so maybe this is not XP11 specific problem. I even have a video on twitch. Sent from my VKY-L29 using Tapatalk -
And what wrong did I say? I've been coming here from time to time to see if linux version of ixeg 737 had been in development and apart from one of your June posts about possible linux release of gizmo in a month, most of the times linux is mentioned you jump the gun and barbecue the person who dares to ask for such "perversion". So you may speak like Donald Trump here, call me names, delete my post, I intend to keep my calm P.S. Hire a PR, someone doesn't know how to speak publicly here. If you want to alienate more people from xaviation, go on. But I thought main value for xaviation was successful business. Hope it is not the business of insuling people who doesn't share your opinion. Sent from my LG-D855 using Tapatalk

Well, I misread the linux support and pirates stuff statement due to previous violent reactions to the linux support topic on this forum. Honestly there were two products I would buy from you - ixeg 737 and maybe skymaxx if supported for my os. For the first one I was even ready to install xplane on windows but the attitude here made me harden my position and wait to see if you will change your mind and support linux. I guess you will not from what I am reading .... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

You must be proud speaking like this. Hire a PR specialist to consult your posts before writing insults. I've never in my life have allowed myself calling people trolls/idiots etc online. Even when don't agree with someone. If discussing and arguing in a forum is such a pain and does not produce money why bother at all reading it and answering. For sure you will keep more clients if staying silent. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Maybe you are right .... So, windows pirates no linux versions .... Nice! Sent from my LG-D855 using Tapatalk

I see you don't miss opportunity to offend people using linux. I was just checking the forum to see whether you will fulfill your "promise" about ixeg 737 linux version and came here to read that linux users are pirates (idiots .... don't you have PR specialist in xaviation? or you use the one of D. Tr.?) while windows ones are not ..... let me say again that I am using only products I've paid for, in linux. And if you look for pirated software you will find probably only windows one. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Hi Ben, it would be great if you do that. Of course the windows installer won't be such an issue. I was even thinking that a virtual machine windows can be used for that. I use virtualbox win10 frequently for the sake of pfpx, vatspy and fs global real weather and my xplane folder is visible and writable from the virtual machine. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

That was on the tip of my tongue to say ....

Just see his new signature " Author of Gizmo64 for X-Plane. “If it can be destroyed by the truth, it deserves to be destroyed by the truth.” - Carl Sagan 30%+ more work for ~1% more customers. -Linux. " .... if in a normal company someone does this he would be fired instantly .... but small people ....

As I said, I have windows 10 on one partition of my PC and would not recommend it. Once it restarted for an update while I was doing s.th. and didn't ask if it could restart or install the update. Also when x-plane starts during the initial loading the system cannot do anything else (can't say if it is normal for windows since I don't have other windows to compare). There is a long topic on windows 10 in the dotorg forum (subject is "Windows 10 : Friend or Foe?"). Some users say they will remain on windows 7 for the time being. Windows 10 - http://www.theguardian.com/technology/2016/mar/15/windows-10-automatically-installs-without-permission-complain-users - have fun ....you may have it installed soon even if you don't want it.
